kais pov
"GRAYSON!" i yelled at him
"KAI!" he faked moaned
"quit, are you doing anything today?" i said wrapping my arms around his neck.
"i was, but i can cancel. i was just going to head over to ethan's." he said, resting his arms on my lower back.
"well, what do you want to do?" i said.
"we, still have an unopened bottle that we can drink." he said
"will you make dinner then?" i begged him
"fine, what should i make though?"
"like a grilled chicken salad, or something. i have no clue." i laughed
"well i can make, nah that sounds the easiest, let's go to the store."
"wait, we have to invite e and britt." i said.
"who's going to watch kaden overnight? because if there drinking they're staying the night and not putting kaden in danger." grayson said getting a little mad.
"gray, chill. what happened?" i said going to sit on the couch.
"ethan's just fucking dumb. he got drunk at some party, picked kaden up from my mom and drove home." he said getting pissed off.
"look, i know why your pissed off. i get it, i do. but hey kaden isn't hurt and we're not going to let it happen ever again." i said rubbing chest.
"kai, i think kadens ready to have a little cousin." he said rubbing my ass.
"grayson, i'm 18." i said rolling my eyes
"so, i'm 19. what's your point?"
"that i'm still not ready for a baby grayson." i said
"well can i have one when i'm 20?"
"no, maybe 25."
"that's forever away kai." he said
"grayson if we have one now, we're in a apartment. by the time your 25, we will hopefully be living in a house around here and hopefully married. bu-"
"wait so you want to get married? this is the first time i'm hearing this from you." he said shocked.
"grayson, we're still young. that's a lot of pressure, i wouldn't want to bully you into marrying me." i laughed.
"i hope nothing changes." he said and kissed me.

3 years later
kais pov
i woke up throwing up everywhere. i didn't like throwing up so i took a lot of medicine. grayson was away on a trip with ethan so i kept kaden. it's hard with him being 5 now and knowing how to do everything.

i had to wake him up for school and drop him off. i hated having to be responsible. i got a facetime call from ethan and i answered and gave kaden the phone.

"hi daddy." he said sluggish
"are you getting ready for school?"
"yes, aunt kai is making me breakfast." kaden said.
"well tell aunt kai that you start school soon." he said
"aunt kai doesn't feel good daddy. leave her alone."
"kaden put your shoes on baby, we have to leave now if you want breakfast." i said.
"okay." he handed me my phone.
"kai are you okay?"
"yes, i just have a killer headache." i said
"okay, i hope you feel better." he said
"i'll talk to you later." i said and hung up.

i dropped kaden off at school with a donut for his breakfast and then i headed home. i took a shower and got ready for the day. i went to the doctors first since i have an appointment for my birth control.

"so, looks like you can get your birth control but are you sick?"
"i've had a headache and i puked this morning. i'm on birth control though so i can't be pregnant." i said
"yeah and we got your ultrasound back and nothing. so we can give you it but you are going to feel a little worse." the nurse said
"that's fine." i said.

after i left the doctors appointment i went home to straighten up. we live in the same apartment still because we want to wait a little longer before moving. which, to me, is fine we don't have any kids and our apartment isn't bad.

i finally went to go pick up kaden from school and his friend was with him. they got in and buckled up. i looked in the mirror and he looked like willow.

"kaden who's your friend?"
"oh this is jay. can we go to the store and get snacks?" kaden said
"yes, kid." i laughed and turned the music up.

we went to the store and kaden and jay were great together. they didn't run off or wine about anything. when we got to the snack isle, jay ran off and hugged some woman. kaden and i went and saw willow.
