Cathy's POV
Nandito kami sa labas ni Alex dito kasi kami magrereport hahaha ginamit kasi ng Fourth Year este Grade10 ang room namin for their project so pinabigyan naman namin sila. hahaha kinareer ko talaga na maging reporter may dala dala akong microphone at nakasuot ng reporter isa isa kong tinatanong or mahigit sa tatlo ang tinatanong ko about sa Love. Tinanong ko naman si Ariana about love and she said
Ariana: For me LOVE looks not with the eyes, but with the mind
Students: Wooooowwwww
Cathy: (amazing) Hahaha so tama nga ang sinabi niya hindi tinitingnan ng mata ang personal na katayuan ng isang tao dahil isip lamang ang magsasabi na mahal niya Ito.
Alex: Is there anyone else who wants to share their definition about love?
Diana: (itinaas ang kamay) For me Love is unconditionally
Students: Wowwwwww
Alex: Why do you say so?
Diana: Because, uhm because uhm because because.
Students: Bwaahahhahaahhaa
Cathy: Okay that's enough. Ikaw Alex para sayo what is love? At ano ang hinahanap mo sa isang girl (kinakabaan)
Alex: Ang love ay parang WALLET muh na nilagyan muh ng bagong withdraw na sweldo moh. AYAW mo na MAAGAW ng iba.
Students: Boom panes
Lyka: So ano ang hinahanap mo nakatangian ng isang babae?
Alex: Para saakin simple lang walang arte: D
Cathy: Okay so guys.
Alex: (bumulon Cathy sige na
Cathy: sige so.
Love is a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes that ranges from interpersonal affection ("I love my mother") to pleasure ("I loved that meal"). It can refer to an emotion of a strong attraction and personal attachment. It can also be a virtue representing human kindness, compassion, and affection—"the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another". It may also describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals.
Hahahaha bilib kayo niyo? Sa Google lang yan XD
Alex: So let's go sa ating lesson. Iniba nalang namin ni Cathy ang topic namin so we are not focussing sa love so let's focus sa Gerund after Certain Verbs
students: A- u-waaaaaahhhhh ahhh
Alex: We sometimes use one verb after another verb. Often the second verb is in the to-infinitive form, for example:
I want to eat.
But sometimes the second verb must be in gerund form, for example:
I dislike eating.
This depends on the first verb. Here is a list of verbs that are usually followed by a verb in gerund form:
admit, appreciate, avoid, carry on, consider, defer, delay, deny, detest, dislike, endure, enjoy, escape, excuse, face, feel like, finish, forgive, give up, can't help, imagine, involve, leave off, mention, mind, miss, postpone, practise, put off, report, resent, risk, can't stand, suggest, understand
Look at these examples:
She is considering having a holiday.
not She is considering to have a holiday.
Do you feel like going out?
I can't help falling in love with you.
I can't stand not seeing you.
Any questions?
Students: No sir and Ma'am
