It had been 2 days since you last saw the Mandalorian and the child. You were bored out of your mind. He was your way off this hellhole. You decided to start packing up your hut, hoping you could convince him to let you accompany him.

You spent the next hour or so gathering up your belongings and shoving them into a sack. You weren't the most organized person. Your motto was that as long as you knew where shit was, it didn't matter how clean it looked. It was the evening now, and you were growing tired.

"Hi." The modified voice said as you heard the movement of the door cloth.

"Hi." You stated as you stuffed a few more items into your bag. The creature cooed a response at the sound of your voice.

"Have you decided?" Mando stated simply, he looked down at your packed bag. You could tell he was confused.

"Yes." You knew Ashoka would want you to. If she was alive, she would do it herself. So, you would do it for her.

"Yes? As in you'll train him?" He sounded excited and looked at his kid who sat quietly in his container.

"Yes, but on one condition." You stared at him or at least tried to. He just stood there waiting for you to continue, "I want passage on your ship."

"Deal. You train him and I'll give you anything you want." He said simply.

You tilted your head a bit and smirked, "Anything is quite a strong word, isn't it Mando?" You turned around and proceeded to finalize your packing.

You grabbed a shirt from your bag and threw it on top of the black sports bra you currently sported. You then put your dark brown cloak on. You took your bag and staff and swung both things over your shoulders. You motioned to move outside, and Mando obliged, you following closely behind.

"What about your speeder?" He questioned and you let out a small laugh.

"Huh, what about it? Need a ride back to your ship?" You raised an eyebrow not even sure if the piece of junk would be able to make another trip.

"No, we can walk. I was asking if you were just leaving it here." You could already feel your legs dreading the walk.

"Oh no, I'll let the locals take it if they ever make their way over here. It was a gift anyway." You shrugged.

"Some gift that is." He looked at the speeder. "Let's go then." He started walking as the little container holding the kid steadily moved behind him. You had to double up your steps to keep up with his pace.

You walked for what felt like hours, but based on the lightness of the day, you know it wasn't more than half an hour. Still, your legs hurt and you struggled to keep up with his pace.

"You know, you walk really fast. Doesn't all that metal weigh you down? Are you like a super-soldier or something?" Your breathing was heavy and your words came out in heavy exhales.

"You know, you ask a lot of questions little girl." He spoke to you as though you were nothing more than a pest.

"Little girl? Do I look little to you?" You felt a bit degraded at his words but oddly turned on.

"There you go with the questions again. We're almost here." He said and you rolled your eyes, Directly ahead, you could see a piece of junk that you guessed was his ship.

"Not much better than my speeder." You laughed looking at the piece of metal, but obviously, he didn't find it funny. "Do you ever laugh?"

"I'm going to start implementing a question policy for you. From now on, you have to earn a response. Understand?" His tone was harsh and you weren't sure what he was implying, but you had a slight idea.
