Chapter 4 - Audition

Lian's POV:

I've arrived on school in time, once I made it inside the hallway was full of students signing on the audition.

Suddenly charlotte purposely bumped me from behind and showed me the flyer she had already filled in.

"I also filled you up in" she showed me the second paper and it was already filled with the necessary information so I could join in too.

"How did you know that I'm allergic to crabs, Daisy flowers and others?" I asked looking very surprised and shocked.

"I checked your medical records" she laughed as she passed her form, and so did I.

I can't believe she looked at my medical records, but simply I ignored it.

Once we sent our forms we went to our classes and waited for the audition to start, my mind wasn't cooperating with me at the moment I don't know why but maybe because I'm excited for the audition.

When it was lunch time I saw adolfo heading towards my way.

"Hey bro" he simply waved at me.

"So, I heard that you were auditioning for the new member of the colossals" he gave me a smug expression.

"Yeah... I didn't even know that I was going to the audition until my friend already filled up my form" I rolled my eyes as he gave a soft chuckle.

"By the way, do you know why their recruiting a new member?" I asked suddenly the question popped in my mind.

"Well it was when they kicked the old member out" adolfo rubbed the back of his neck.

"Old member?" I looked at him confusingly, what happened to him or her?

"The old member was one of the most strongest students here in this very school, her name was Eliza Vonschweetz"
Adolfo stated looking left and right to see if anyone was eavesdropping.

"Eliza vonschweetz? Who's that" I rose a brow as he kept an eagle eye at our surroundings.

"She was the first ever female member the colossals ever had" he whispered.

"But why was she removed from the group?" I crossed my arms.

"Rumors say that Eliza has been doing some "inappropriate" things to the male members of the group"

"What kind of inappropriate things?" I asked more intrigued than ever.

"Well for instance she would take pics of the boys when they're taking a shower, she would steal their used underwears and stuffs like that" I saw a faint blush forming on adolfo as he explained to me briefly.

"Wow, that girl was sure thirsty"
I commented followed by a scoff.

"Yeah, she was also named "The Queen of Thirst" adolfo added.

I laughed softly as I covered my mouth to block the sound.

"Is there any back-story for eliza?" I added to my questions.

"Well, eliza was very nice back then when she was still a normal student here and was not aware of the colossals"

"But when she first saw the group she immediately stalked them checking everything they do, search their profiles and stuff"

"When the colossals announced they're gonna hold an audition at the school she was very excited, so she did everything just to join the group"

"Unfortunately, they didn't see what the girl's true intention was" adolfo ended with a frown and dissapointment spreaded in his face.

"I see" I mumbled in my breath.

"You know alot of things huh" I told him as I asked myself on how he has this kind of information, it seems like he's doing his homework pretty well.

"I have my ways" he grinned at me making me chuckle.

"Whatever you say, as long as you're telling the truth I guess" I looked away as a group of girls passed by chatting on what they'll do to impress the colossals.

Once we finished chatting the audition finally began telling all the students that we should prepare and do our best.

The goal is we must take down as many robots before the time goes down and hope that we can impress all the members in the process.

3rd Person's POV:

The battlefield were soon filled with robots who chased the students down, many students got caught immediately even before the test started, they didn't expect it to be like that.

The colossals were watching closely but no one could impress them enough and got simply bored.

Charlotte killed many robots immediately but her points was not visible because there were too many who auditioned which means her name was hard to see.

She was soon captured because she was surrounded by robots, the robot used chains to pull her from her feet and got tied, being unable to move, the robots marked Charlotte as "Disqualified" before she got dragged off the field.

She was dissapointed on herself for losing but at the same time she didn't even want to join the group, she only wanted to support her friend because she knows lian very well.

Once she was back inside the school she immediately changed clothes and went back to her uniform and just simply waited there for the result.

The fight was getting dull, two members of the group were already asleep as one kept on watching, it went like that for awhile until someone catched their attention.

The wolf bumped the two sleeping males beside him as he zoomed the camera on a young male who was shooting at intense speed any robot that comes in contact with his sight.

"Who is that?" The German shepherd's eyes widened as he saw no robots insight on where the male was.

The other students were captured and only a few ones remained, but eventually half of them got caught, some of them have slow reflexes who couldn't react fast on preemptive strikes and others were just plainly distracted.

Lian noticed the drone that was focused on him, he tilted his head lowering his glasses to see if his eyes were mistaking him and thinking it was only his imagination but it was focused on him and only him.

A robot tried to do a sneak attack but lian already felt his presence and immediately got kicked very high crushing the robot's whole body.

The test finally ended with only a few students remained, some of them were badly injured while lian walked out of the field as if nothing happened, you really can't compete with someone who trained his/her whole life in kicking ass.

Lian moved his head around rubbing the back of his head as he changed back to his uniform.

Once he got out of the changing room he was caught up by Charlotte.

"You did a pretty good job back there" Charlotte complimented while lian simply shrugged.

The results of the test were piling up, everyone did a great job but it still wasn't good enough to be part of the group.

They still didn't announce who's going to be the next member but they couldn't just pick randomly, they must first check the profiles of the others so it'll probably take at least 2 days to get the final result.

Lian and Charlotte headed home not even checking if there are any announcements, they just wanted to get back home.
