3rd Person's POV
Lian awoke to the sound of his phone beeping, it continued beeping for awhile until lian finally read the message.
He saw max has been calling him a few hours ago and sending him messages asking him if he's feeling better now.
Lian cursed under his breath feeling ashamed for not replying to this gorgeous man instantly, he rubbed the sleep in his eyes and took the glasses that he safely placed on it's plastic case.
When he opened the message he saw all of max's message that was sent a few hours ago, he checked the time only to find out that it was already 9:00 am, good thing it's Saturday.
He immediately replied the waiting man for his response and told max that he was okay and doing well.
He waited for Max's reply to him but it took awhile, he checked Charlotte to see if she has any message but unfortunately she wasn't online either.
Lian took a deep breath and slowly stood up from his bed, once he finally stood up, he went downstairs to get something to drink.
He went to their kitchen to grab a glass of water to drink, that's when he noticed a letter resting on the kitchen table.
It has a familiar symbol that was on top of the seal and the letter's color was a bright red, he didn't hear anyone ringing their doorbell or sensed anyone trying to get in, so how did this letter found it's way here?
Lian thought for a moment trying to remember on what happened last night but he got nothing, his curiousity got the best of him so in a flash, he took the letter and read the fine print below the letter.
The words under was illegible at first due to the color of it camouflaged on the folder but lian inspected it and finally was able to read and understand.
The words only stated "For Lian Blight" and the sender's name was nowhere near the name of the young man.
Lian suspected that this was just a scam but the seal's symbol caught most of his attention.
It's shape and detail was as the same as his mother's witch core, so this must be important.
Lian didn't waste a second and finally opened the letter, he carefully removed the seal and pulled the letter inside of it.
He unfold the letter and what inside made him surprised but at the same time confused...
"
Dear Lian... It is now time for you to find out the truth.
You're probably wondering who sent you this letter but for now, I will and must remain my profile anonymous,
You must come immediately to the sacred sanctuary, a special place where your mother always takes you when you're little,
I expect your arrival immediately as soon as possible, our species rests in your hands o mighty one."
Lian folded back the letter and tried to remember what the letter meant by the "Sacred Sanctuary" until everything came back to him.
The sanctuary was a special place that him and his mother were the only ones who knew where this was located.
Lian immediately dialed Charlotte to tell her about this news, when Charlotte picked up he was exploded by lian's constant blabbering which made her thought that this was only a joke until she noticed lian's pained tone.
She immediately agreed to join lian on his journey as she took two seperate bags from her closet.
When she arrived at lian's place she handed him a bag full of new clothes.
