Izuku and Nezu walked over to the private building that was for Nezu only and well now Nezu and Izuku only. Only they could get into the building unless the staff member entered the emergency code that allowed them into the building. They were warned not to use it unless someone was important that couldn't just be held off until the next day or until he returns to his office.
As they walked up to the building, Izuku was stunned. "This isn't a normal building. It's an actual house." Izuku said. "Indeed, It's my house that I paid my own money to have built on this small section of woods behind the school. However, now it's our house!" Nezu said as he guided Izuku up to it. The area had a sign that warned students to stay out of it and it had cameras on the area around the forest and inside the forest. Izuku was impressed.
