Hey y'all! Christmas is right around the corner and is a holiday I personally celebrate. I understand that not everyone celebrates Christmas, so this one shot might not be appealing to everyone. Still, I hope you enjoy this special and happy holidays to everyone!!

(Y/n)'s POV

"Where are we? I don't recognize this island... and it looks uninhabited," I asked Jirou as we drew closer to an island of green.

"When the captain and I were escaping the League, Captain snatched one of Tomura's prized possessions-- the map to the Lost Mirror of Souls," Jirou explained. I turned my attention over to Katsuki who kept exchanging his glance between a worn map, a compass, and our surroundings.

"Lost Mirror of Souls?" I questioned, never having heard of it before. The name honestly was a bit chilling and I wondered if this was actually a dreadful idea.

"Legend has it that the Lost Mirror of Souls is a looking glass into another reality. Personally, I don't think it serves much purpose, but every magical item has a great value. I'm not sure if the captain is genuinely curious, wants to sell it, or just wants to keep Tomura from getting it," Jirou further expounded. We already lived in a world in which the impossible was possible, so a magic mirror of sorts wasn't an entirely outrageous concept. I wandered over to Katsuki and placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Maybe this mirror will show a version of you that's actually attractive," I teased, stepping in front of him and giving a smirk.

"Or maybe it'll show a version of you that isn't insanely annoying," Katsuki returned the fire. I pouted and hung my head, only to have my freshly brushed hair ruffled by Katsuki. I was about to complain, but Katsuki's quick gasp peaked my interest.

"Look! It matches the map exactly!" Katsuki exclaimed, showing me the map he had been studying. We were approaching a small, but definitive bay decorated in white sand. What stood out the most though was a massive tree in the middle of the island. The tree was larger than anything I had ever seen, even larger than a whale. The tree was identical to one depicted on the map, which is what I presumed Katsuki was so excited about. Sero dropped the anchor and helped us all off the ship.

"The map indicates that the mirror is near that massive tree. Once we get there, we should split up and search the encompassing area. If anyone finds it, just shout. It shouldn't be to0 large of an area to search," Katsuki instructed. I walked right behind him as his cut through the foliage with his cutlass. Sero used his tape to bring him and Kaminari up into the trees to help guide us towards the tree. After what felt like hours of hiking, we finally arrived at a clearing that revealed the great tree.

"So there are no other clues?" Mina asked. Katsuki shook his head and showed the map to everyone. There was a red "X" right over the trunk of the tree drawing. Mina frowned and began complaining to Jirou about how long this was going to take. We decided to split up in three groups: Mina, Jirou, and Kaminari (after Kaminari insisted that they needed a "big strong man" to protect them), Kirishima and Sero, and Katsuki and I. I felt bad for Mina because Jirou was at Kaminari's throat the entire time and Kaminari was being... well he was being Kaminari. The three decided to do some light digging around the tree. Sero once again took the high ground, this time bringing Kirishima with him.

"It can't be this easy, can it?" Katsuki mumbled, sifting through some dirt near the roots of the tree.

"Well, it's not like we've found it yet," I reminded him.

"Yes, I know, but this island wasn't difficult to find at all. Tomura was obsessed with finding this treasure, so why couldn't he find it if the island was so easy to locate?" Katsuki wondered aloud. I expected Katsuki to use his explosions to help penetrate the ground, but he was being oddly careful around the tree. I began to marvel at the enormous tree. Its branches were thicker than I was tall and it had leaves bigger than my hands. The leaves were also a vibrant shade of green that I had never seen before. I pressed my hand against the bark of the tree and walked around the trunk. As my fingers danced across the rugged bark, I noticed a sort of engraving in the tree. I look closer and saw the following words engraved: Great Tree of Hollows.
