Someone special in Zootopia

Someone new arrived at the city of Zootopia. But he is not just anybody else, he has come from another place mysteriously and only to preserve the peace in Zootopia, getting himself into the police.
The adventures arrive, it's a new character that is quite different from what has been seen, endearing but who will give everything for who it appreciates. Nick and Judy are surprised when they find him.
