That's cool (chapter 2)

Shawn POV

The next day we had to wake up at 5am and I was so thankful Liam was gonna wake up just to come and say goodbye to me. He was a good friend and I really loved him like he was my brother.

As we went outside to get in the car, I saw Liam who was waiting for me. I went over and gave him a tight bro hug.

,,I'm gonna miss you, you idiot!" He said and didn't let go.

,,I'm gonna miss you too... But promise me you  are gonna call me every day." I said and we continued hugging.

,,I promise." He said and we broke the hug. ,,Come here, little kitty." He said to my sister and she ran and gave him a hug.

,,I'm gonna miss you." She said to Liam.

,,I'm gonna miss you too, kitty.." He said and broke the hug with Aaliyah.

My parents came and gave Liam a hug too. Liam was part of the family and it broke all our hearts to leave him.

,,Take care of you, buddy!" My dad said to Liam and broke the hug.

,,I will, Manny." He said and looked then at my mom who had tears in her eyes. Liam's mom died when he was eight and my mom was the mom figure for him since then. ,,Don't cry, Karen. I'm gonna come and visit you. You know I'm trying to convince my dad to move there too and I'm kinda successful by now. He said nothing really helds us back, so let's hope for the best." Liam said and hugged my mom again.

,,Let's hope for the best." My mom said and we all got in the car and waved at Liam till we couldn't see him anymore.

Damn I'm gonna miss him so much. He's my brother and I can't imagine living without him. I felt a few tears rolling down my check, but I wiped them quickly away before anyone could see them.

Camila POV

I woke up the next morning by the sound of my alarm clock. I quickly made it stop before it could wake up Sofie.

Sofie and I were sharing a room because my dad didn't have money for a bigger apartment and he for sure didn't have the money for a house. We were still really happy in our two bedroom apartment. It wasn't big but it was enough for us.

I got out of my bed, went over to Sofia's bed, kissed her forehead and went to the kitchen. I quickly made some pancakes for everyone before I needed to go to my morning training. After my training, I had a shift at the restaurant and then I had another training and then I've to watch after Sofie because my dad had a training with the hockey team.

I got three plates and put some pancakes on each one. One was for Sofia, one for was for my dad and one was for me. As a skater, you aren't 'allowed' to eat much food, so I ate only one pancake, got in my training clothes, left a note for my dad on the kitchen counter, took my skates and left. It was 5:25 in the morning and it was winter so that meant that outside was still dark and there were 14°F or colder. Outside was snowing and there was snow everywhere. I knew it's gonna be a beautiful Sunday.

As I got at the ice hall, Juliana was already there. She told me to put my skates on and get quickly on the ice and that's exactly what I did. I started to warm up while skating around the hall a few times and practice some easy and basic jupes.

,,Okay, Mila. You were really good at the competition yesterday, but you have to be better at the next one in two weeks." Juliana said to me.

,,I know. I have to show every single time something new. I know." I said what she always used to tell me.

,,Exactly. So I was thinking that you can try to make a double Axel jump instead of a simple one and, for the next competition, I was already thinking we can do after the jump the Twizzle..." Juliana said the last part not so sure as the rest.
