Camila POV

The next day, I woke up and Shawn was gone. I took my phone and the first thing I saw was a text from Shawn.

Shawnie❤:
Good morning! I'm sorry I left before you woke up... I had to go to school😕 and I didn't want to wake you up..

Mila❤:
It's okay🥰 Can you bring me the stuff you do in school today?

Shawnie❤:
Of course! See you later❤

Mila❤:
See you later❤

I hugged my phone and closed my eyes. Even though everything still hurt, I was happy.

1 week later

,,Wait!" Shawn said and picked me up in the bridal way and walked up the stairs with me.

,,What are you doing?" I asked giggling.

,,I bring you to class."

,,You know I can walk, right?"

,,It's more complicated with your ankle so I'll help you." He said and smirked. I held my crutches in a hand and had a arm around his neck as he was carrying me.

,,You don't need to..."

,,Of course I need to!" He said and picked my cheek.

,,Ohhhh! You two are so cute! I swear!" Emma said as Shawn and I entered the class. He put me down in my chair and then kissed my head softly. He then went to sit in his school bench right behind mine.

,,YoU tWo ArE sO cUtE! Bla. Bla." Someone in the class room said and as I turned around I noticed it was Jason. Great!

,,Do you have a problem?" Shawn asked and I just hoped Jason wouldn't reply, but there was no way.

,,Ahm....YES!" Jason said.

,,Oh really!? What is it?"

,,You are stealing my girl!" He answered Shawn's question.

Not again!

,,Your girl!? Ah really!? Weren't all the rejections you got from her enough for you to understand she doesn't want anything to do with you? Man, get over it!" Shawn said pretty calm and I was thankful. I didn't want him to get into a fight or anything like that.

Before Jason could say anything else, Mrs Smith walked in the classroom.

,,Okay, class! Good morning!" She said with a smile on her face.

A smile? I've never seen that woman smile for as long as I was in that school! It can't be good!

,,Oh- Camila! You're back! Are you feeling better, sweetheart?" She asked me and I was shocked.

She hates me! She hates me and Emma! She hates everyone!

,,Yeah..." I answered.

,,That's great! Well today we won't do maths.." She said and everyone started cheering. I looked at Emma and she looked as shocked as I was. ,,We'll do some exercises to make you stronger as a class." She said and now everyone groaned. ,,I'll like you to choose a partner at first."

I looked at Shawn and then at Emma.

,,I'll do with George." She said and winked at me before she walked away.

Before I could turn around and look at Shawn, I felt some arms hugging me from behind. I  recognized the arms immediately and relaxed.

,,Would you be my partner?" Shawn whispered in my ear and that caused some goosebumps.
