Chapter 15

Just as the thing between me and Namjoon is taking progress, something happened that made my feelings stirred.

Kakabalik lang namin galing sa bakasyon, it's been five days nang alagaan ako ni Namjoon. Kanina bago kami umuwi, naka receive si Namjoon ng tawag, kailangan nyang dumiretcho sa kumpanya nya dahil nagpatawag ng urgent meeting ang board of directors, unfortunately kailangan ang presence ng CEO kaya hindi sya pwedeng mawala.

Kaya ngayon nakahiga ako sa higaan ko, nakatulala sa kisame ng kwarto ko dito sa hotel. Iniisip ko kung anong dapat kong gawin.

Kanina pagkauwi ko dito sa hotel naka recieve ako ng tawag, it was Denz, my ex. I thought i can do it, akala ko kaya ko na syang kausapin kaya sinagot ko ang tawag. I greeted him confidently, and receive a shock after i heard what he said.

'Kriz, alam kong marami akong naging pagkukulang sayo, alam kong marami akong pagkakamali, I'm sorry! Please! Bumalik ka na sakin, gagawin ko ang lahat para mapasaya ka lang ulit sa piling ko! Hindi ko na gagawin ang lahat ng mga nagawa kong nakasakit sayo. Patawarin mo sana ako Kriz! Ngayon ko lang narealize na mahal na mahal kita at hindi kita kayang mawala! Tatanggapin ko lahat ng gusto mong gawin sakin, saktan mo ako o bugbugin tatanggapin ko bumalik ka lang, please Kriz, hindi kita kayang mawala.. alam kong mahal mo pa ako Kriz, please patawin mo sana ako, mahal na mahal kita. '

that's what he told me, desperately, almost believable that he really wants me back. Hindi ako makapag salita sa mga oras na yon. Nagulo ang buong sistema ko.

Pinatay ko ang tawag agad agad, nanghina ang mga tuhod ko at napaupo ako sa higaan. Hindi ko maproseso ng tama ang narinig ko.

Clearly what he said might be another scam, afterall paulit ulit nya na din naman ginawa yon noon, but there was a part of me that wants to believe him. Afterall, this was the first time that he desperately wants me back.

Gusto kong magwala dahil sa gulo na idinulot ng tawag na yon sa buong sistema ko, lalo na sa puso ko.

Mas mahirap ngayon dahil hindi ko alam kung anong gagawin ko, dahil ngayon nandyan si Namjoon na handang maghintay para sakin, kahit na alam nyang may posibilidad na maghintay sya sa wala.

Sa ngayon naguguluhan ako, ayokong masaktan ko si Namjoon dahil dito. He's been always good to me, at ayokong suklian yon ng ganito.

Tumayo ako sa higaan ko at nag impake. I want to clear my mind for a bit. Siguradong magagawa ko naman yon kung lalayo ako saglit.

Namjoon's Pov

My head has been aching since I've got here in my office, the meeting just ended and i just want to throw everything up because of all those bullshit they've talk about during the meeting.

"Sir, here's all the copy of the files you need to sign. The deadline is on friday. At 5pm, a representative of YZ Group will be here for the contract signing, and later you have a dinner meeting with Mr. Ahn tonight at 8pm. "

Napahilot nalang ako sa sentido ko nang marinig ang sinabi ng secretary ko. But I didn't complain.. well not verbally. I told him to put the files on my desk and leave it there.

After doing so, he bowed and went back to his own office.

I sighed and started to sign everything, hindi ko na kailangan basahin ng mabuti dahil naisort na ng secretary ko ang lahat, he knows what i want and what i prefer, if the offer is not to my liking then he'll put it directly to the trash bin, after 2 hours i am almost done signing, I just want to finish all this stuff and go back to Kriz.

My mood lighten up when i thought about Kriz, when i met her in the Philippines back then i thought she was kinda cute even though she looked like she just woke up wearing her corporate attire.

Unfortunately i was on my way to Korea so I didn't get a good look at her dahil nagmamadali ako. I was running late for my flight and the next flight is in a few hours, but I can't wait that long.

So instead, i gave her my business card. But it was so stupid, i forgot that my number indicated there was only available in Korea and not suitable for Roaming calls.

Ilang araw ko syang inisip nang makarating ako sa Korea, i tried to get her out of my mind. Lagi kong sinasabi sa sarili ko na sa dami ng tao sa mundo, o kahit man halughogin ko ang Pilipinas, maliit lang ang chance na magkita ulit kami.

But luck was really on my side, i saw her again. Alone at the Bar of the hotel Jin is working at. I tried so hard to pretend i didn't know her and just remembered when she mentioned the calling card i gave her.

Sobrang saya ko nang makitang naalala nya ako kahit sobrang ikli lang ng una naming pagkikita.

And i was the happiest when she gave her self to me that night, it was such a bliss. Ofcourse everything might seem too fast, but believe me or not i already love her the moment i laid my eyes on her.

I was really angry at her asshole ex-boyfriend but at the same time, i was thanking him for letting go of a beautiful woman like Kriz which led her into my life.

It's a good thing that i gathered up all my courage and confessed to her in front of my friends, now she's aware of what i felt for her and thank God she's didn't avoid me after that.

Within our short vacation, i really enjoyed it a lot with Kriz even though i had to stay with her inside the villa for a few days because of her condition.

It was just so unfortunate that i had to go on my own way and separate from them because of my goddamn work.

I was about to finish signing the papers when my phone rang, tinignan ko ang company phone na nakapatong sa gilid ng monitor ko, nakita kong naka naka off ito, kaya kinuha ko sa bulsa ang personal phone ko at nakita ko na tumatawag si Taehyung.

It was unusual for him to call me, especially if he knows I'm working. Biglang sumama ang kutob ko at agad na sinagot ang tawag.

"What's up? " I answered the phone as calm as i can be.

"Hyung! It's not the time to act calm! It's Kriz! "

Halos malaglag ako sa upuan ko nang banggitin nya ang pangalan ni Kriz.
I can hear Ellie calling Kriz's name.

"What the f*ck happened? " I asked.

"She's missing! She left the hotel 3 hours ago, umalis sya halos pagkabalik lang din namin galing sa villa. The cctv inside the hotel shows na umalis sya dala lahat ng gamit nya. " He explained.

"Okay, I'll be there as soon as i can. Take care of Ellie, i can hear her screaming Kriz's name. " Sabi ko saka ko ibinaba ang tawag.

Agad akong tumayo at nagmamadali na lumabas ng office, but i was halted by my secretary.

I explained to him that i had to cancel all my appointments today because there was an emergency, but only to receive a no.

"We can't, sir. I can only cancel the dinner meeting but the contract signing must be done today. "
