Chapter 29 -A*2 -E*3

Austin's POV

"I think today is going to be my favorite day." I say to Ella while lying beside her in the back of the truck, early in the morning.

"You haven't told me what we're going to do yet." She tells me.

"And I'm not going to tell you."

"Oh come on tell me please. You know I don't like surprises."

"You'll find out when we get to where we are going to do something."

"Why can't you tell me?" She asks whining a bit.

"Because Ella I'm allowed to have my secrets." She sticks her tongue out at me.

"Can you give me a hint?"

"Nope."

"Not one?"

"Not even half of one."

"How about a quarter of one?"

"How about, nope."

"Oh come on Austin. Please?" She pleads and gives me puppy dog eyes.

"Not going to happen."

"Can you at least tell me where we are going and how long it's going to take to get there?" She tries to negotiate.

"I guess I can do that."

"Then how long will it take to get to our destination?"

"About 20 minutes I think."

"And where is it that we are going?"

"We are going to Botamp." I tell her and she turns to the front. "What's wrong?" I ask her.

"I'm trying to figure out what we could possibly do in Botamp." She replies a serious look plastered on her face.

"Why? Is it bugging you knowing that there is something that you are going to be doing that you don't know what it is?" I ask knowing that it's true.

Ella is the type of person who knows exactly what is going on before it happens, and if she doesn't know she just has to figure it out. She has always been like that which is why I find it funny when I refuse to tell her such a tiny piece of information.

We sit in the car driving for five minutes, Ella throwing numerous questions at me. She throws many questions at me that don't even have anything to do with anything and some don't even make sense.

"I've got it!" She exclaims a million questions later.

"Then what are we doing?" I ask her.

"Well Botamp is a very touristy place." She states.

"Ok what does that have to do with anything?" I ask trying to turn her off the right track.

"We are going to go to Botamp to photo bomb random people." She says triumphantly.

"Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner!"

"So what do I win?" She asks me.

"A whole heck of a lot of nothing." I tell her.

"That's no fun." She says and crosses her arms. "Anyways how are we going to do it?"

"Well I was thinking that if one of us offers to take a photo for a family then the other can jump in the back of the picture and ruin it with some silly face or random action of some sort. After that we'll walk away and act like nothing happened." I explain.
