Chapter 12-A
Ella's POV
I'm going to my first party of the summer tonight! I have to make sure I look perfect. It’s a good thing Austin took me shopping because I have the perfect dress! I decide on loose curls, leaving my hair down and I put on a little bit of makeup. I get a brown necklace and a pair of gold hoop earrings. I put on a pair of brown flats to complete the outfit.
I step out of my room and walk downstairs into the living room.
"Ella where are you going tonight all dressed up?" My dad asks me stepping out of the kitchen.
"Austin, Hunter, and Chace are taking me out tonight." I reply.
"Well you look beautiful sweetie." My dad tells me a huge smile on his face, arms open wide.
"I love you daddy!" I say giving him a big hug.
"I love you too Ella!" He says back. "You kids are growing up so fast!"
"You ready to go Ella?" My brother says walking down the stairs. "Wow, Ella you look beautiful."
"Thanks Chace." I say looking down at the floor swaying the skirt of my dress.
"My baby sister is growing up." He says standing beside my dad.
"You should have seen her the other night when we went on our date." Hunter says coming from the kitchen. "One word describes it: Beautiful!"
"Stop it you guys! You are embarrassing me." I say to them.
"We should probably be on our way if we don't want to be late." Chace tells us. "Austin!" He yells up the stairs. "Hurry up! We gotta go."
"Ya I'll be down in a minute!" He yells back.
"So where are you guys taking my daughter?" My day asks Hunter and Chace.
"We are taking her to dinner then a movie." Hunter lies to my dad.
"Ya, don't wait up for us." Austin says coming down the stairs. "We will be out pretty late."
"Just stay safe everyone. Take care of each other." My dad says.
"We will daddy!" I say, kiss him on the cheek, and walk out the door with the boys.
I sit in the back because I am one of the youngest, along with Austin. Hunter sits in shotgun and Chace is driving us.
"They're probably going to ignore us the whole time aren't they?" I ask Austin.
"Ya they always ignore me when it's the three of us." He replies.
"Oh well now you have someone to talk to."
"I do, don't I." He says.
"Did you mean what you said yesterday?" I ask him.
"What did I say? Yesterday was a long day, filled with many different times of talking to many different people." He says causing us to laugh a little.
"You said that I looked kissable." I tell him.
"I should not have said that." He says.
"Why did you say it though?"
"You are a very beautiful girl Ella. Be careful tonight. Don't trust the people at this party." He says kinda dodging my question. "So what made you want to come to this party tonight?"
"I heard about it and thought it would be fun to go, and I figured you would probably be going because of the socialite you are, so I asked you about it. And it made me want to go to it more because of the fact that all three of you boys are going." I explain.
