Calum's POV
The boy's and I were told to not go to school today because apparently we have this urgent meeting with our management that we needed to attend.

The four of us sat down across the table from them as I nervously shook my leg to keep myself from freaking out.

"Thank you for coming in at such short notice boys we really appreciate it." The head of our management said to us.

There were so many people seated at every seat that this table could offer. I have a strong feeling that this might have something to do with the recent success of our debut album release.

"We called you in here because we have some very exciting news," He started. "With the recent release of your album and how quickly you four have blown up and become popular, there has been a high demand from your fans to go on an Australian tour." A tour? I could hardly believe the words coming out of his mouth.

The four of us were only used to performing small shows at restaurants and bars. We never imagined that one day we would be going on tour.

"Our team has decided that it would be good to send you four on this tour as it will give you a chance to connect with your fans and gain you more popularity." The boys and I looked towards each other giving a silent agreement that this is what we wanted to do.

"We have a crew ready to go if you accept?"

I opened my mouth to say something but nothing would come out, I was in too much shock that this was actually happening. Is this really happening?

"Thank you," Michael said loudly. "Oh my God this is a dream come true." He said running a hand through his red hair.

Of course none of us were going to tell them no, we all wanted this and it was an automatic yes to the offer.

"So is that a yes?" Our manager asked us.

"Yes," we all said in loudly in agreement. The rest of the team passed us papers that we needed to sign and the four of us wasted no time in writing down our signatures and passing it back to them.

"You will be leaving in two weeks and this will be a month long tour," Another person from our team started explaining and giving us information.

"We will provide everything and will be in contact with the crew. We will have another meeting a few days before you leave to discuss all the details and things this entails. As of right now that is all." He said with a nod.

"Thank you for coming in and congratulations on your success." Our manager stood up to shake our hands.

We all stood up to shake everyone's hand and thank them.

Despite this being not too long of a meeting, a lot happened in that short span of time.

We were just a small band from Australia. None of us ever thought in our wildest dreams that this would be happening to us.

When we exited the room we all collided in a group hug unable to control our excitement.

"This is crazy," Ashton said ecstatically. "I can't believe that just happened." He said in shock. We broke out of the hug and I was still too shocked to say anything so I just smiled.

"This is going to be so much fun!" Luke said already having positive things to say about this.

"I finally have a valid reason to drop out of school," Michael said in disbelief.

"What about Lucy and Victoria?" Luke asked, quickly filling me with concern.

"I'm sure we'll be fine not seeing them for a month," Ashton assured him. "We just need to make the most of the time we have with them right now." He said throwing an arm over Luke.

"Yeah Ash's right," I said finally speaking up. "Plus, Lucy has filming for her movie coming up so we just need to come up with a plan to keep in contact." What I was saying sounded easy, but would it really be that easy to be in contact with someone who is across the world from you?

To be honest I was very worried about my relationship with Lucy and if we would last. We don't have much experience with long distance. I mean even when we were just friends and either of us would go on vacation for just a week it would be hell. I don't know if I can do a month or possibly more because of her movie.

I am entirely committed to our relationship and would give up anything if it meant the two of us could stay together. But I couldn't help the strong fear I had of our loyalty towards each other being tested.

I was snapped out of my thoughts when Ashton started talking to me, "Cal? you alright buddy?" He asked me concerned.

"Oh yeah," I said trying to refocus myself. "I'm fine." I said trying to get the three concerned boys attention away from me.

"Should we go to Lucy's house then?" Michael asked us offering her house. I'm sure she wouldn't mind anyways.

"Yeah, let's go!" Luke said excitedly and we all started walking out of the building towards Ashton's car.

I wanted to be able to be excited about the tour without worrying about Lucy but I couldn't, at least not until we both have a conversation about this. I'm sure everything will be fine.

Or so I thought...

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi guys! I hope you are enjoying the story so far. I thought I should introduce myself even though we are already 6 chapters in haha.

My name is Hannah and I'm from Los Angeles, I've been a fan of 5sos since 2011, and I got kind of bored in quarantine so I decided to write a book based off of younger 5sos and how it would be to grow up with them and getting to live out my dreams as well.

The character Lucy is based off of myself and the character Victoria is based off of my friend who also happens to be the author or 'Lie To Me' . Go check out her book

It is also based off of their song The Story Of Another Us so expect some similar scenarios from the song ;)

Thank you so much for reading my book and adding it to your library's :) I would also appreciate it if you told your friends about this if you think they would enjoy it!

Have a great day loves <3
