Calum's POV

"Sounds Good Feels Good is out now!" Ryan Seacrest exclaimed into his radio microphone.

The four of us had been up early participating in countless amounts of interviews to discuss the debut of our second studio album.

To say it was overwhelming would be an understatement. Luckily, Ashton was the most talkative of the band and had been doing most of the talking and answering of questions, but for me that just meant I had to sit back and listen.

My thoughts were continuously wondering off to Lucy and the amazing night that I'm going to be spending with her.

She has been doing so much better lately and I can tell that her spark is finally coming back. Healing after the year she's been through is going to take time and I am fully prepared to be there with her the whole step of the way.

"Calum?" Ryan asked snapping me out of my thoughts. "What song did you connect with the most and are most excited for the fans to hear?" He scooted himself closer to the mic and looked me straight in the eyes awaiting my answer.

My band mates were all turned to face me, watching me intently. They already knew which song I was most excited for. The one I resonated with the most.

I cleared my throat and sat up closer to the mic, "I'm most excited for the fans to hear a song called Waste the Night." I took a second to think about my next words, carefully preparing myself to be a little more vulnerable than I usually am with the public.

"I wrote that song on our way home from our previous tour and it really resonates with the way I was feeling back then and how I am prepared to move forward now." I finished with a nod.

In all honesty, I could go on talking about that song for hours on end. I began writing that song when Lucy and I were back on speaking terms.

Things were shaky and not normal but they were getting there.

I need your love.

I remember that first thought of never wanting to waste another moment with her ever again. Time is precious and so is she.

"Well," Ryan clapped his hands together. "That's all the time we have right now. Thank you so much for coming in boys." We all smiled and shared words of gratitude.

"Sounds Good Feels Good is out tonight!" He finished the interview and the camera crew turned everything off signaling that we were done.

The four of us stood up and began preparing to leave, "You ready Cal?" Ashton asked placing a hand on my shoulder.

I grabbed my jacket from my chair and nodded following behind my band members.

Lucy's POV

"Fuck!" I heard Victoria yell from upstairs. The two of us were at the guys house waiting for them to return from the countless amounts of interviews they had today.

Victoria had been upstairs for the past 30 minutes trying to decide on a dress.

"What's wrong?" I yelled back. I was sitting downstairs in the living room with a magazine on my lap, skimming through it without a care in the world.

Lately things have been getting a bit better. I've been trying to focus my mind on more peaceful and positive things, rather than the things that stress me out.

Not that my mental health has been at an all time high, because it hasn't at all.

Victoria ran to the top of the stairs and held up the two dresses for me to see, "I can't pick between this navy, glitter, cocktail dress that makes me look hotter than I already am."
