"Atsumu!"
Atsumu turns to see Sakusa smiling at him as he extends his hand out towards him. Atsumu blinks as he takes the figure of Sakusa in. "Omi?" he asks. "What?" Sakusa asks, still smiling and his hand out.
Atsumu smiles. "Omi," he breathes out.
Music suddenly plays, and the entrance to the song startles Atsumu. Sakusa laughs. "My favourite!" he says.
'Swan, uahage~'
Atsumu smiles as Sakusa's head bobs along to the beat. Sakusa laughs before he grabs Atsumu's hand. "Come on, you stiff Spongebob!" he exclaims, pulling Atsumu towards him.
Atsumu squeals in delight as Sakusa spins him.
The golden sunlight shines onto the dancing couple, and Atsumu giggles as Sakusa sings out the lyrics in a horrible voice.
"You're ruining the lyrics!" Atsumu says, shaking his head. "Who needs lyrics when I have you?" Sakusa asks, before planting a kiss onto Atsumu's forehead.
Atsumu closes his eyes as Sakusa places his chin on top of Atsumu's head. The music suddenly changes, and a song the couple loves comes on. "Our Wedding song," Sakusa whispers.
As the song plays, Sakusa slowly lets go of Atsumu and walks away. Atsumu's brows crease in confusion as he watches the dark-haired getting further and further away from him. "Omi? Where are you going?" Atsumu asks, taking a step to follow Sakusa.
Sakusa turns back to face him, smiling.
"Don't leave me," he says, and Atsumu realizes Sakusa is saying the lyrics of Everytime. "Even if we can't see our futures," Sakusa continues.
Atsumu's heart starts to race. "What? Why can't you see our futures? Are you okay, Omi?" he asks.
Sakusa just shakes his head. The sunlight engulfs Sakusa and Atsumu screams as he lunges for Sakusa. "Omi, no!" he exclaims.
"Will you believe in me and wait for me?"

Atsumu gasps as he sits up, his legs entangled in sheets and cold sweat trickling down his forehead. He looks around for any sign of Sakusa, but only darkness is around him. The door of his room is slightly ajar, letting a slit of light in and shine on his bed.
Atsumu looks at Osamu and Suna sleeping in the armchair. Suna is snuggled against Osamu's chest, and Osamu has his arms wrapped around Suna.
He exhales. Just a bad dream.
But did it mean something?
Sakusa disappearing into the light...
Sakusa telling him to wait...
Wait for what?
Atsumu anxiously throws his legs over the side of the bed, trying to ignore his throbbing head. He glances at the sleeping couple on the armchair, making sure they are asleep before taking his phone from under his pillow and limping towards the wheelchair.
Pain stretches across Atsumu's shoulders and thigh, and Atsumu winces as he sits on the wheelchair. He wheels himself towards the door, opening the door and pushing himself out.
Atsumu looks at the time on his phone. 2.45am.
The Hospital hallway is not as crowded, but there are still people in the hallway. Doctors and nurses on their night shift talk over huge cups of coffee while Atsumu wheels himself to Sakusa's room.
Sakusa's room is just 4 rooms away from Atsumu's, and Atsumu reaches it quickly. He pushes the door open and his heart breaks as he sees Sakusa on the bed.
Atsumu had been prevented from seeing Sakusa after the surgery. And now, here he is.
Atsumu slowly pushes himself towards Sakusa, tears blinding him. Next to the bed, Atsumu looks at him. Road rash on his arms. His arms are bruised too, with purple, blue and black mixing together.
Sakusa's face has cuts, red gashes on his cheeks and lips. His right arm is in a cast and a plastic tube is taped onto his mouth to help him breathe easily. Tears fall as Atsumu takes in the sight of the badly bruised Sakusa.
Atsumu lets out a shaky breath as he grabs for Sakusa's hand. "God, Omi," he says, shaking his head and crying. Sakusa's hand is cold and limp against Atsumu's, and Atsumu swipes at his tears.
Tears just keep falling, and Atsumu lets out a sob.
"Don't leave me, Omi," he whispers.
No reply.
Atsumu sobs, reaching out to swipe a lock of hair away from Sakusa's face. "I love you, Sakusa Kiyoomi. With all my heart," he says.
"I can't imagine a future without you," Atsumu says, before letting out a hysterical laugh. "What have you done to me, Omi? I've gotten more emotional."
"They say plants grow better when they're talked to. Maybe if I talk to you, you'll wake up."
Atsumu sniffles, tightening the grip on Sakusa's hand.
"When you wake up, I'll hug you so much. I don't care whether you like it or not but I'll hug you."
"But just... just fight. Hang in there. Even if you're on the verge of g-giving up, d-don't. Just hang on. I-I'm here."
"You have to wake up... because you're the Chaewon to my Eunbi."
"I'll b-be here."
"I'm a-always here, whether it's 2am in the m-morning or random hours in the afternoon."
Atsumu buries himself in his own tears, and he doesn't realize a tear escape from Sakusa's tightly shut eyes.
