Coffee.

Cappucino, to be specific. A cup of cappucino set onto a white saucer with its foam in the shape of a heart.

Sakusa is sitting in the cafe Atsumu works in, but instead it's empty. Atsumu's twin isn't manning the counter, and Atsumu isn't there making drinks.

Sakusa glances at his watch on his left wrist. He's meant to meet Atsumu.

He looks down at the cappucino, giving it a small smile. Atsumu really likes putting hearts on cappucinos.

He takes the cup and brings it to his lips, tipping its contents into his mouth. Sakusa smiles in delight. Just as expected from the blonde barista, the cappucino is sweet and bitter at the same time.

A bell chimes, and footsteps smack against the tiled floor of the cafe. Heavy breaths resound throughout the empty building.

Sakusa turns, and he smiles in recognition. Atsumu is panting at the entrance, wearing a black shirt and red shorts.

Atsumu looks at him before smiling and making his way towards Sakusa. He sits opposite Sakusa. "Hi, Omi," he says, grinning.

Sakusa smiles back, his eyes mesmerized by the hazel brown eyes of Atsumu's, which are twinkling as he smiles at him.

Atsumu's gaze drops to the cappucino in front of Sakusa, and his bright smile immediately evaporates, the twinkle in his eyes gone.

"D-Did you drink that?" he asks, his eyes wide in worry. "Well yeah? Because you made it for-"

A pain in Sakusa's chest makes Sakusa stop mid-sentence, his eyes widening in shock. The pain climbs up from his chest to his throat, and it starts to claw at his windpipe, reducing his intake of air.

Sakusa seizes in his chair, before collapsing.

Just before his head can slam against the cafe floor, Atsumu catches him, and slowly lays him on the floor, cradling Sakusa's head on his lap.

"Omi, just breathe. I'm here, okay?" Atsumu says, worry lacing his voice.

"He's not here," another voice intrudes.

Sakusa can't make out the voice at all.

"I am! Don't listen to him!" Atsumu exclaims, and Sakusa notices the blonde is tearing up, his hazel brown eyes shimmering with tears.

"He's not. Don't you get it, Kiyoomi? All you ever do when you love someone is hurt them, just like you're doing right now to Atsumu."

Sakusa looks up at the crying blonde, vast amounts of tears pouring out of his eyes.

"You didn't hurt me! You would never do that!" Atsumu says, shaking his head.

"You did. You don't deserve to be loved, Kiyoomi. All you do is cause people pain."

"You cause them to cry."

"You give them never ending pain."

"You deserve to die, Kiyoomi."

"Don't listen to him, Omi. I know you would never hurt me," Atsumu says, grabbing Sakusa's hand and squeezing.

Sakusa can't breathe. He can't take in any oxygen, and he starts choking. He can't meet Atsumu's gaze, so he looks away.

"Die."

"No, Omi!"

"It's true, A-Atsumu," Sakusa manages, his breaths raw as he struggles for air.

"I deserve to die for hurting you."

Everything turns black.

Sakusa gasps, his legs entangled in his sheets as cold sweat drips down his forehead.

What kind of dream is that? Did he die? And why was Atsumu there?

Scared out of his wits, Sakusa reaches for his phone to text a certain blonde male.
