Chapter 37

Third Person POV

Back in Odemore,

"Where the f**k is my wife and my kids, Choi Seunggyo?" S.Coups was grabbing tightly onto his brother's collar.

Seunggyo gave him a dirty smirk, "Do you think I will tell you that?" Seunggyo wipe the blood from his cracked lips. "After what you said about her, after what you did to her, do you think I would tell you where she is? Absolutely no!" Seunggyo spat.

S.Coups directed another punch on him.

"Sir Seungcheol, please stop!" Maid Han pulled his hand away. "Stay away from this, Maid!" He pushed her away. She stumbled back but Mingyu quickly grabbed onto her.

"She may be a maid, but she knows your wife better than you are!" Seunggyo smirked. "Damn you!" S.Coups punched him again.

Maid Han broke away from Mingyu and rushed to the King. With all her strength, she pushed S.Coups away.

"Your Highness!" She was checking his condition. She then turned to look at S.Coups with an anger look.

"How could you do that to the King? He's your brother!"

"Stay out of it and tell me where my wife is!" S.Coups demanded.

Maid Han gritted her teeth, "We don't know!" Maid Han burst. "That day, she left with her kids, heartbroken. She didn't tell us where to, she didn't know where to go. She had nowhere to go but she knew she had to leave because she didn't want to hear the words when you kicked her out of the kingdom!"

"Ki-kick her out? What are you talking about?" Mingyu asked.

Seunggyo stood up and Maid Han followed him. "No one believes her when she said Eun Hui was the reason. She told us to be careful with Eun Hui. And yet, you Seungcheol hyung, out of many people, eventually fell into Eun Hui's trap." Seunggyo then looked at Mingyu. "You as her brother, hurts her as much as her husband did. All of you did!"

S.Coups gritted his teeth in anger, baring his fangs. "Stop beating around the bush, Choi Seunggyo! Just straight to point, will you! Why the hell did I wake up this morning without my wife of my kids in my house?! Some of their clothes are missing too."

"You heard Main Han. They left. And no one knows where they went." Seunggyo looked at his brother. "And you know what's the worst? She left a month ago and only now you notice it."

S.Coups whole body shiver in anger, "Where the f**k is Eun Hui?? Let me kill her." "Too late. We couldn't find her. Which probably why you're not in your idiotic state anymore." Seunggyo smirked. "You probably lost her already hyung. And I'm sure your mate bond is not working anymore. She probably blocked you."

*sh*t! He's right! I've been trying to reach her through the mind link but it didn't work.* S.Coups clenched his fist. "Search around the kingdom! Sent search teams to the neighboring kingdoms." S.Coups gave orders. "This will be my last order as the temporary ruler. Seunggyo, take back your throne. I'm going to find my queen." And with that S.Coup walked out from the room.

Haneul and Hoseok were in the garden that evening. She let out a relief sigh. "I love it here." She smiled. "You do?" Hoseok asked and she nodded.

"Everyone is so kind. Seokjin oppa is so considerate of others. I love how he makes people laugh. He has a unique laugh. Namjoon oppa may be clumsy and break stuff most of the time but that didn't make him less of a great King." Haneul kept smiling.

"Yoongi oppa, a cold one but I know he secretly watches over me and my kids. Jimin oppa is just too kind. He's the true angle. Taehyung oppa just loves kids too much. I appreciate that he plays a lot with the kids. Jungkook oppa is a good singer. I like to watch him sing the kids to sleep."

"What about me?" Hoseok asked.

Haneul slightly turned to look at him. "Well, you're perfect in most aspects. You can cook, organised, caring and loving. But most importantly you're a patient person. I hardly see you raise your voice at anything. If the sunshine is a person, it would be you." Haneul smiled brightly.

Hoseok chuckled, "Oh so you think I'm the sunshine. So what if I'm mad? I would be the thunderstorm?" "If that happens, I'm sure someone is going to be there to bring out the sunshine again." Haneul smiled.

"And that someone will be you, Haneul."

"Hoseok oppa-"

"It'll take me some time to move on from you but right now, let me enjoy your presence." Hoseok pulled her closer and gently kissed her forehead softly.

He then looked at her, "I'm sorry but I hardly can control myself whenever I'm around you."

Haneul was already blushing hard. She didn't have words to say.

Hoseok stood up and held his hand out to her. "Let's go back in. I'm sure Seokjin hyung or yoongi hyung already made something for teatime."

With hesitation, Haneul placed her hand in Hoseok's. He laced his fingers through hers and tightly grip onto her hand as if she's going to disappear anytime.
