Chapter 27

Third Person POV

Seungkwan followed Haneul closely, "Haneul are you sure about this?" Haneul packed a few more things with her. "Yes, I am oppa." She turned around to get a few more things and Seungkwan followed her.

"Think about it again, Haneul. What about your kids? What about Jaewoo? He's still a baby. He needs you here." Seungkwan said. Her feet stopped walking. She turned around to see Jaewoo in Joshua's hand.

"Seungkwan is right, Haneul. Please think about it again." Joshua said.

"No oppa. I'll bring Jaewoo along with me. Bomi and Gaeul will stay with you guys." Haneul said before she continued to pack her stuff. Seungkwan sighed, "Haneul-"

Haneul turned again to look at him, "Oppa, you don't understand! I can't let them attack Hwayangyeonhwa. They didn't do it! I need to stop them before a war erupts. More lives will be sacrificed!"

"Haneul, they have hundreds of reasons to attack us-" "Not this time, Wonwoo oppa." Haneul shook her head at Wonwoo who was just staying silent since he walked into the house. "I will tell you the details once I return but right now, I have to go to Hwayangyeonhwa. I have to stop our people from attacking them." Haneul said.

"Will you be okay?" Joshua asked worriedly and she nodded eagerly. "Please look after Gaeul and Bomi for me. And please look after Seunggyo and the others. And please, please, please keep Eun Hui away from the King." She was practically begging them and they frowned, "Eun Hui? The royal physician?" Seungkwan asked. "She's not what she looks like. I will tell you everything but please do me that favour." Haneul repeated her request.

The men sighed in defeat. "Okay. But promise me you'll take care of yourself. Take care of Jaewoo." Wonwoo's deep, low voice sounds so soft and gentle as he reminded her about her and her baby's safety.

After saying goodbye to her daughters and everyone else, Haneul rushed towards Hwayangyeonhwa with her son Jaewoo. She made the horse gallop faster as she was in hurry. Even with a vampire power, no one can reach Hwayangyeonhwa on feet within few hours. It was a little disadvantage for Haneul to travel on foot as well since she's bringing along some of Jaewoo's things.

After 1 and a half days of horse riding, S.Coups, Mingyu, Hoshi, DK, Jun and Dino along with a few numbers of Odemore soldiers reached Hwayangyeonhwa. They straight away went to the palace.

"Kim Namjoon!!" S.Coups roared as soon as they're allowed to enter the palace ground.

The mentioned male appeared in a blink. "Seungcheol-" S.Coups straight away sent a punch to his face. "You b****rd!" S.Coups then looked at the others. "Attack!!"

Odemore soldier started to attack people in the Hwayangyeonhwa palace.

Mingyu was about to punch a soldier when someone stopped him by grabbing his hand. "What the f*ck are you doing, Kim Mingyu??" The young prince, Jeon Jungkook asked furiously. "Returning back what you gave!" With that Mingyu threw a punch at Jungkook.

Dino let out a painful scream when Taehyung tied his hand tightly with his blood. Yes, his blood. Taehyung possessed the power of blood manipulation. He can do anything with blood. But it has to be his blood. (a/n :If you have watched Vampire Knight before this, you would get some idea about this ability. Remember Shiki?)

"You can't attack us when we did nothing!!" Jimin tried to attack S.Coups when he saw the other male was about to punch Namjoon. He attacked S.Coups with sharp crystal but just got reflected by Hoshi.

"Did nothing, my ass! You attack us first! You attack our palace!" Hoshi yelled back. "What the hell are you talking about kid?!" Seokjin came in between them.

"Stop talking and just give up already!" DK attacked Seokjin with his enhanced roar but to his surprise Seokjin absorbed his power and attacked him back using his own power. DK fell onto the ground, bewildered by what just happened.

"Think twice before you attack me! I can make your power go against you kid." Seokjin bared his fangs.

Jun quickly went to help DK, "You're okay?" DK got up with Jun's help. "Yeah."

"Damn you!!" S.Coups was breathing heavily after sending Hoseok and Namjoon away onto the ground. He was about to attack both of them again when Yoongi build a shield out of his dark power. Yoongi is known to own the power to build the strongest and the most indestructible force field. In addition with his dark power from the underworld, people are usually scared of him because of the eerie feeling.

"Cut this sh*t and tell us what exactly happened!" Yoongi roared. "Stop talking nonsense!" Mingyu appeared out of nowhere and shot them with thunder but Yoongi blocked it. "We've been like this for almost an hour and we have no idea why the f*ck you attack us!" Yoongi was beyond angry.

S.Coups was ready to attack them again when a voice dearly to him stopped him. "Seungcheol oppa, stop that!"

But the others are too busy attacking each other. "I said stop!!" Haneul waved her hand once a strong wind blew around the palace ground, catching everyone's attention.

Everyone froze on their spot as a horse galloped into the palace group. Upon realising the woman on the horse, a deep frown formed on S.Coups's face. "What is she doing here?"

Haneul pulled the rein and stopped the horse. Quickly yet carefully she got down from the horse. "What the hell are you doing??" her eyes then darted towards her husband before she looked at her brother. "I told you it's not them! Why is it so hard for you to listen?!" she raised her voice.

Jaewoo who she holds onto tightly ever since she entered Hwayangyeonhwa ground started to cry upon hearing her loud voice.

S.Coups quickly rushed towards his wife, wanting to take Jaewoo but she stepped back. "Don't." Haneul glared at him. "Love, please listen to me-" "Did you listen to me?" She was still glaring at him.

"I hate to interrupt but we need good reason on why you are attacking us! You hurt our people and almost destroyed the palace!" Yoongi was mad.

Haneul bowed to him apologetically, "I'm sorry, Prince Yoongi but I promise you I will explain it to you privately if you want. They don't have to hear." Haneul said as she slightly glared at Mingyu and the others, including her own husbands.

Haneul looked at the Odemore soldier, "Heal yourself and go back home. Watch over the King while I get everything fixed here." They nodded before they slowly got up and grabbed their weapons and started to leave the palace ground.

She then turned to S.Coups, "You should go home too."

"No, love. I can't leave you here with them."

"They won't attack me."

"Haneul, please.." Mingyu then begged her.

Haneul sighed. "Seungcheol oppa, you can stay. The rest should go home and help to protect Seunggyo."

They reluctantly agreed with her.
