Chapter 49

Third Person POV

The remaining Odemore soldier went back to the town with King Seunggyo. They're returning the children back to the family. King Seunggyo wants to personally thank and apologise to the family for whatever happened.

While he's busy with the people in the town, Taehyung and Jun lead a big number of soldiers and ask them to prepare for the burial of the dead. They still spent hours digging the grave. They couldn't ask for Namjoon's help since he, S.Coups, Mingyu and the ministers were having a meeting regarding the Treasure Kingdom and its subject.

Now that the kingdom has no king and the king also is not married, Treasure kingdom literally has no heir for the throne. Since both Odemore and Hwayangyeonhwa kingdom helped each other in the battle, they agreed to have 50-50 of the Treasure kingdom.

The kingdom will still be there but it won't be known as Treasure kingdom any longer. Mingyu will reside in the palace of the Treasure kingdom and he will take over the kingdom, together with Jungkook.

The people will live under Mingyu and Jungkook's order. The gross income of the new place would be divided into two, one half for Odemore and another half would go to Hwayangyeonhwa.

One morning, Haneul woke up to Jaewoo's cry. She lifted S.Coups's hand off her waist and hurriedly went to Jaewoo's crib. "Hey prince." She picked him up and brought him to the bed and started to feed him.

"Hmmmm...." S.Coups stirred in his sleep. "Honey...wake up." Haneul gently shook his shoulder. "Nnnooooo..." he groaned huskily in his morning voice.

"Wake up honey. We need to be at the palace, remember. They're leaving in the evening."

"Then let them leave."

"Choi Seungcheol." Haneul smacked his shoulder. "Love, please let me sleep for another 5 minute." S.Coups said while still laying on his stomach.

Haneul sighed, "Fine." She then continues to feed Jaewoo and let her husband sleep. After the infant's done with his milk, she went to bathe him and put him back to sleep afterwards. While he's still sleeping next to S.Coups, she went to freshen up.

After she's done with everything, she goes and sits on the bed. She nestled her husband and kissed his head, "Love, it's your turn to take a bath."

"Uh-uh ....m-my turn?" he slowly opened his eyes and looked at her. "You took a bath already?"

Haneul nodded.

S.Coups lazily wrapped his hand across her waist. "But I want to take a bath with you." he whined. "You're too late, oppa. I did wake you up earlier didn't I?" she chuckled before she took his hand from her waist, kissed it and placed it back on the bed.

"I'm getting some clothes for Gaeul and Bomi so you better be ready when I'm done okay honey."

S.Coups groaned again, "Okay baby."

And so Haneul went to Gaeul and Bomi shared room to pack their clothes. They both wanted to spend the nights at the palace, with the princes from Hwayangyeonhwa since they'll be leaving soon.

They both know that it's hard to see each other in the future since they are princes and they have to look after their kingdom.

The princes had told them about this and they understand it even though they are sad with the fact that the princes are leaving soon.

So Haneul told them that it's okay for them to sleep at the palace for a few nights. And they did.

Walking into the palace, Haneul and S.Coups were greeted by the maid and the guards. "I'm heading to their rooms first." Haneul said and S.Coups nodded. "I'm going to find the others." he pecked her lips twice before walking away.
