Chapter 16

Third Person POV

"Isn't she cute?" Taehyung was squealing while watching Bomi sleeping on Hoseok's shoulder. "Don't be too loud, Taehyung-ah." Hoseok whispered as he gently continued to pat Bomi's back, not wanting her to wake up just yet. At the same time, Gaeul was sleeping in Jimin's arms.

An hour before, Hoseok brought her out for a walk after he's done arranging his things in the room. He brought Bomi to meet the others but unfortunately Yoongi was asleep, as well as Namjoon. Jungkook was nowhere to be found. He then found Taehyung, Jimin and Seokjin on the palace balcony, talking to each other.

They played with Bomi for a while before Gaeul came. She was searching for her sister. "Appa told me to search for her." was what she said to them. She planned to take her sister away from them but they convinced her to let Bomi play with them for a while.

Being a cold and sarcastic being like her father, Gaeul sat on the side, watching closely as her sister played with the other princes. But that was until Jimin managed to soften her heart and she opened up to the others. Gaeul eventually joined her sister and played with the other princes.

After a while, both of the young kids felt tired and eventually fell asleep.

"We should find their father." Seokjin suggested and the others nodded. They carefully carried the kids in their hands as they went down the stairs.

"Where are you guys going?" a familiar voice asked. They looked up, "Jungkook-ah." Seokjin called him. "Oh? You're with Mingyu ssi?" He frowned as well as the others, because they know Mingyu and Jungkook are like cats and dogs.

"He kept bothering me!" Jungkook said in front of Mingyu. "This is my kingdom and you're the enemy! Of course I would bother you! Who knows what you could when we're not watching!" Mingyu fired back. "Stop calling me your enemy! We're going to join forces after this! Are you still going to treat me like an outsider?!" Jungkook replied. Both didn't want to give up.

"Ah!!" Jungkook suddenly yelled, and so did Mingyu. "What was-" "Jimin hyung!" Jungkook exclaimed.

"What's happening??" Mingyu was frowning while he rubbed his butt that was just poked with something sharp. He looked around and realized that he and Jungkook were surrounded with glass-like objects.

"Jimin hyung! Stop using your power on us!" Jungkook shouted.

"Shut up!" Jimin whispered coldly. He looked at the younger one with a deadly glare. "Can't you see the little princesses are sleeping?"

"What?" Jungkook asked but only then he noticed Gaeul and Bomi in Jimin's and Hoseok's hands.

Seokjin shook his head, "Jungkook-ah...you should really grow a little mature." Jungkook raised his voice, "Me?? It's him-"

Jimin snapped his fingers and more glass-like objects floating around them. It moved closer to them, to their neck to be accurate. "Yah, coconut head. Stop making your brother angry." Mingyu whispered.

Jungkook gritted his teeth. "Fine..." he sighed. He closed his eyes before finally opened them again and looked at Jimin softly, "Jimin hyung, I'm sorry for...whatever that makes you angry. Forgive me, please?" he pleaded. "Please you're going to kill me with your crystals." Jungkook added as his eyes narrowed at the sharp crystals on his arm.

Jimin snapped his fingers again and the crystals slowly disappeared. "Help me find their father." Jimin said with a deep, low voice.

"L-let me help hold my niece-" Mingyu walked to Jimin, intended to take Bomi from his hand but Jimin snapped at him, "I said help me find their father." His eyes changed color as he bared his fangs at the other male.

Mingyu gulped. Even if he's one of the highest vampires, he knows not to mess with vampires in anger.

"S-Sure. Let's find C-Coups hyung." Mingyu started to walk towards the stairs, intending to find S.Coups

Meanwhile, S.Coups was in Seunggyo room. He was just checking his condition. His body temperature decreased a bit. "Are you sure you're going to be okay? If not, I can just postpone tonight's meeting." S.Coups suggested.

Seunggyo shook his head. "I'll be fine. I'll come to the meeting." S.Coups sighed, "Okay then. I should let you have some rest." S.Coups nodded at the medicine that was on the bedside. "Make sure to drink that." Seunggyo nodded before he slowly closed his eyes to go to sleep. With that S.Coups walked out from the room.

After a moment after he left, Eun Hui walked into Seunggyo's chamber with a cup of warm tea. "Your Highness, your tea." She walked into his room after knocking a few times.

Seunggyo opened his eyes and looked at her, "I'm sorry Eun Hui but I think it's best if I stop drinking anything sweet at the moment. I need plain water."

"But Your Highness, the herbal tea is good for your body. You might need this to lower your body temperature." Eun Hui said as she moved closer to Seunggyo's bed.

"But-" "Your Highness." Eun Hui looked straight into Seunggyo's eyes and he too was staring right into her eyes.

"You will drink this." Eun Hui whispered with her orbs slightly glowed in green.

"Yes. Yes. I will." Seunggyo answered as if he was programmed to answer that.

Eun Hui smiled. "Good." "What-" Seunggyo snapped from his 'daydream' "What just happen?" he asked her. "I guess you really need to drink this Your Highness. You were spacing out." Eun Hui smiled as she placed the cup on the bedside.

Seunggyo sighed, "I spaced out a lot. It's like I lost a few minutes of memory each day. I don't remember anything."

Eun Hui sighed, pretended to be worried. "That's what I am here for, Your Highness. I told you I'm good with herbs right? Leave everything to me. I will help you."

Seunggyo smiled weakly. "Thank you Eun Hui. Thank you so much." "You're welcome, Your Highness." Eun Hui smiled, bowed to him and walked out from the room.

She closed the door tightly. A smirk formed on her face. "I'll make sure you die slowly and painfully, Choi Seunggyo. You and your people should die." She gritted her teeth.
