Lea’s POV

Max, Siva and Tom ran upstairs with Jessica. Nathan was still on the phone while Jay was playing with the man carrying Jessica’s bags. He finally stopped; Nathan put the phone back in his pocket and stood up.

“It looks like a scientist is coming by this afternoon. He came to give me the experiment that I told him to make me fore. Wow - I asked for that one in the start of summer and he finished it at the middle of summer. Someone that says ‘quick’”

Someone knocked on the door making him stop doing what he said.

“This must be the forgetful scientist”

A guy in a sky blue shirt, and black jeans went inside holding two bottles.

“Yep – this is Mr. Jones, boys. If you don’t actually know him”

They gave him a smile before he handed me one of the bottles.

“Can you please give that one to the rest of the boys but tell them not to drink it yet. I’m going to go back to the lab and test that. I haven’t tested it yet – so please Nate, don’t be too stubborn. This is for your own good”

He nodded before Jones went out and closing the door behind him. I ran upstairs and handed the bottle to Jessica and told her Jones’s warning. She tossed the bottle on the bed and ran back to them. I went back downstairs and saw the bottle on the table empty.

“Nathan, Jay, did you drink the formula?”

I turned to the couch where two little boys were sitting on and singing some annoying nursery rhymes. They both looked like Jay and Nathan.

“Jay – Nathan, what did you do?”

They both shrugged and walked towards me. Three little boys ran downstairs being followed by Jessica; they looked like the same age as Nathan and Jay now.

“What? You too”

I looked at Jessica and turned to them.

“They borrowed the bottle and I entered the bathroom. I told them your caution but they didn’t listen; I came back and this is the results”

She pointed towards the three boys playing around the stairs.

“The five of them looks like three year olds. And we have no idea how to take care of children”

“Don’t know? I took care of you back in Abbeydale”

Nathan approached me and smiled.

“No. I’m not gonna carry you. There’s no way I’m gonna look like a new mom taking her kids to the park for the first time” 

He made a frowning face then suddenly cried until all of them were crying.

“Great. How are we gonna make them stop? Also – I agree with your idea that there’s no way I’m gonna look like a new mom. Anyway – doesn’t Nathan have Mr. Jones’s number – maybe you should call him”

I took Nathan’s phone from the couch and dialed his number. He answered after a few rings.

“Hello – this is urgent. Remember the boy that asked you for the formula well he just drank that whole bottle and they all ended up being at the age of three”

“Did he? Well – let me give me more time to work on the drug”

“Thank you but doesn’t this have a time limit?”

“How did you know?”

“I watch”

“The time limit could take for hours but as the body fixes they’ll stay in that body”

I hung up and looked at them.

“Great. I feel like I’m a member of the Sket Club”

The boys approached me after they stopped crying.

“Can we go to the park? I feel bored in here”

Jay pulled the hem of my shirt and kept pulling it. He wouldn’t stop doing that until I agree with his idea.

“Fine - but I’m putting the five of you on a leash”

I was carrying Nathan and holding Jay’s hand while walking to the park. Jessica was also struggling with the three of them.

“How am I even gonna date you if I’m in this kind of age? Oh. This is annoying. I hate being a kid.

“Nathan – be quiet. Look over Jay, he’s just… skipping”

Jessica turned to him and smiled.

“The girls look like new moms taking their kids to the park for the first time”

“Max – can you stop talking?”

He stopped talking but they started singing a song. 

“Wow – I really wish they were all asleep”

I put Nathan down on the fountain and let go of Jay’s hand. They all started running away while Jessica and I were resting by the benches. A cat appeared in front of them. Oh dear – this is not good.

“Cat”

Siva yelled before running after it.

“It’s a tiger”

Nathan ran after it too; until all of them were running after that stupid cat.

“Nathan – Jay – Siva – Max – Tom, wait a minute!”

I ran after them and out the park where we all were suddenly at the street. The cat looked a bit exhausted from running and being chased by the boys.

--- 10 minutes of chasing the boys later ---

We were in front of this fence where the cat just jumped over on and the boys were on top of. They all jumped off and into a back of the truck which seems like it was gonna start in a few minute. The truck started taking the five of them out my sight.

“Lea”

Okay, this is gonna be a bit harder than what I expected. The five of them were screaming my name over and over again. I ran after the truck and stopped after actually tripping over something.

“Kid – hey can I borrow your bike?”

“No way – go away”

I handed him twenty-bucks and took the bike while following the truck. I raced beside it screaming to the driver that the boys were on the truck. He stopped after a sudden fifteen seconds. I put the boys on the ground and enveloped Nathan and Jay, who were crying, in a hug.

“I’m sick of being a kid. Being nineteen is the best”
