Lea’s POV

I woke up on Nathan’s bed in the guesthouse hearing some chatters in the living room. I went in the bathroom to do the usual-morning-routine. Paige then went in the guesthouse and approached me while I was in the bathroom.

“Have you read the latest issue of ‘OK magazine’?”

“No. Why did you ask?”

She handed me the magazine from outside and opened it to the tenth page.

“Listen to this – The Wanted boys were found in the park with five adorable little girls. It is to be believed that the girls are theirs. Do you think so?”

My eyes widen – I grabbed the magazine from her hand and read the article. A photo of the ten of us walking to the park was the first thing I saw. Wow – having a career is more difficult than having a stalker in your hand.

Nathan walked towards me while I was walking to the couch. We both sat down on the couch while talking to each other about the news in ‘OK Magazine’.

“Well, well, well – it’s Mrs. Sykes”

Jay gave Tom a high-five and faced us.

“Jay, Tom – can you please give the two of us a private time to talk?”

We walked outside and into his car. His hand was on my waist and the other one was on my hand. He still intertwined our fingers together.

“Where are we going?”

“The beach – I just wanted a small time alone with you”

A smile formed on my lips – I turned to him and smiled.

“Thank you Nathan”

We arrived on the beach and sat down on the sand. His hair was being blown by the wind.

“So – why did you take us here?”

He took out his phone and handed it to me. A photo of the two of us at the eight-grade dance was his wallpaper. Soon – there was a slideshow playing with the photo of the six of us at the beach, park and at the school back in Abbeydale. I looked towards him and smiled, tears were streaming down my face.

“That’s not all – I made a video last night with all of us and the song of our first dance”

“Look After You?”

I raised the volume and played his video letting out every photo of us and the song of ‘Look after You’.

“I love you Nate”

“Who doesn’t know that?”

I was sitting on the plane beside Caylah and Thalia. Caylah was fast asleep listening to her iPod. Thalia was reading a magazine while listening to her iPod. Paige was reading ‘At the Firefly Gate’ while listening to a song in her iPod. If you might be asking where we’re going – well we’re going to Abbeydale for the boys’ concert that’s in three days. Until now I’m still thinking about what’s going on with the house I used to live in three years ago.

‘The plane is about to land in five minutes. Please buckle your seat-belts and prepare for landing’

I put our luggage beside our seats and woke up Caylah.

“Cay, we’re landing”

She stood up and woke up the boys who were sitting in front of us and behind us. We all looked out the window and stared at each other.

“I miss our home – also the house that Caroline said ‘she owned’”

“Funny Caylah – I thought it was Hanna’s and Lea’s”

Thalia looked at me and smiled.

“Well – since I’m still a Parker, it’s still Hanna’s”

The plane landed as soon as she stopped talking.

“Nate, boys, we landed”

I stood up from my seat and stretched my legs. I walked out the plane and sat down on the benches. Nathan held my hand while pulling his bag on one hand.

“We’re back to the place where we first met”

He whispered in my ear. I looked at him and smiled.

“I really do miss Sylvia Young’s also our house”

Jessica followed us out the plane and out the airport. She went inside the van Tom rented and crashed her luggage on the trunk. We all followed her and I felt like I was just sixteen again. It felt like this was the van we rode to the hotel Asteria was saying in.

I rested my head on Nathan’s shoulder and fell asleep. As soon as I fell asleep – I had the vision of my sixteen years.

*At Nathan’s place*

Aunt Karen looked at me warily; her eyes were just staring at me softly.

“Hey – aren’t you Ellie Collins?”

“Yes aunty – I am Ellie. It’s a good thing you recognized me the first time you saw me”

“The house you used to live in is still blank – no one lives there because everyone thinks that you were dead and they think you’re haunting the house. It’s stupid we know but people in Abbeydale started thinking so different since you left. Also – you might wanna go by and visit – they left the key to me. Because they know you’re really close to us. It’s still furnished nothing has been touched yet”

She handed me the keys and went back to the kitchen. I walked out the house and ran to ‘our’ house. The grass was grown all the way to my waist – the flowers still had weeds on them. I could see webs on the windows. I unlocked the door and went inside. The furnishers were on the same place as I left. The loveseat was in the middle of the living room. The plates in the kitchen were all sewed with webs on them. I climbed up the stairs and into Caylah’s room which was still in one piece. Paige’s room had the same results. But mine was locked. I unlocked it and opened the door revealing a room that was untouched and cleaned. I went up the attic and saw the single bed by the window. The drawer was still in front of the bed, even my old bed was there.

Nathan put his arm around my shoulder and crashed on the single bed. There was no dust flying around when he crashed.

“It remained untouched. I miss lying on this bed”

“I agree with you Sykes”

I saw a photo frame on my nightstand that was facing down. I put it on position – it showed a photo of me and Nathan back when we were eleven.

“This really did bring back the memories”

He stood up and approached me.

“You feel like you’re still eleven, huh?”

“I know. We both know. The boys don’t cause they never realized our childhood. I remembered when we all were sitting around my room playing ‘Truth or Dare’ and ‘Truth’.
