"Okay, we're just around the corner now," said Haechan coming to a stop and letting go of Mark's hand.

Mark was out of breath by the time they stopped; they had been running for 20 minutes! Surprisingly Haechan wasn't panting like Mark, he must've been fitter than he looks.

"Where are we Haechan? This place looks dodgy," Mark said looking around the alleyway that they seemed to have stopped in.

"It's not dodgy, it's amazing! But you have to close your eyes okay? It will look even cooler if you close your eyes."

Mark was hesitant but complied anyway. He covered his eyes with his hands while Haechan led him to where they were going.

"Okay, you can open your eyes now!"

Mark took his hands off his eyes to finally see where Haechan has taken them.

"It's, a beach?? You like the beach a lot?" Mark said looking at what was in front of them.

It was a small beach that was separate from the main beach. This one wasn't accessible through the normal beach either, you have to go through lots of streets and around houses to even get near it.

"It's cool isn't it??" said Haechan looking at Mark, hoping for a positive reaction.

"It's really cute. How did you find it? I've never seen this beach and I've lived here for 7 years."

"Hmm, I don't know, I just had a feeling it would be here, and then I found it!!" exclaimed Haechan. "But I have something even cooler!"

Haechan took Mark's hand again and began to walk down to the sea. They walked, hand in hand, along the shoreline, laughing as they tried to avoid rock pools and little jellyfish that lay scattered around.

"Okay, now you're gonna be really impressed when you see this," began Haechan, "but we have to be quick, it's getting dark because there's a storm coming."

The two walked further, past the beach, and onto massive rocks, each of them carefully navigating them while still hand in hand.

"Woah-,"

"I got you," said Mark, somehow catching Haechan with his quick reflexes. Haechan locks eyes with Mark, admiring him.

"Thanks, you know you have pretty eyes, they look like a deer's," said Haechan, fumbling to get up. Mark just smiled and blushed in response as the two continued walking on the rocks.

"Haechan?"

"Yeah?"

"Can I ask again, how did you find this place? It just is so inaccessible..." Mark's voice trailed off as he looked back at how far they've walked. He was getting a bit scared now, what with a storm coming and them being very far on the rocks.

"You can ask again and I'll respond again! I went off what people call VIBE," said Haechan, "I knew this place would have the right vibe."

"I'm surprised you even know what vibe is, with your old granny phone," Mark laughed remembering Haechan's old phone.

After a couple more minutes they got to where Haechan wanted to be.

"Okay, now THIS is the cool place," said Haechan leading Mark in slowly. "It's okay, you don't have to close your eyes this time, I can sense you're already a bit scared."

"Pfft! Me, scared?! You must be joking," said Mark, trying to hide his fear.

"Well, it's just your hand is shaking a bit..."

Oh shit, it is?!?

As they turned a final corner Mark was met with a gigantic cave overlooking the ocean.

"WOAH!"

"It's cool, isn't it!!! I just found it one day!" exclaimed Haechan.

"It's SO COOL! Can we go inside????" asked Mark, who has apparently left his fear at the entrance.

Haechan nodded excitedly. He let go of Mark's hand and swiftly navigated the rocks until he got to a stable ledge. When he turned around, Mark was frozen still and unable to move.

"Mark?! What's up?!" asked Haechan walking back over the rocks. "You don't want to come in anymore?"

"No, it's just... I- I'm a bit scared. I think I'll fall!"

Haechan smiled at Mark to reassure him and took his hand.

"I'm not gonna let you fall okay? I've got you."

The two managed to navigate the slippery rocks to get to the stable part of the cave. It was magnificent and grand, with a perfect view of the ocean. The two enjoyed the cave for a while until they spotted the storm coming.

"Haechan, how are we gonna leave? The storm will surely get us on the walk back to the beach."

"We'll have to stay here then until it stops."

"Okay," said Mark nervously. "Umm Haechan?"

"Yeah?"

"I'm a little bit afraid of thunderstorms."

"You are? But they're not here to get you, you're okay."

"I know, they just freak me out. I feel like they always turn up at the worst moments."

Haechan reached his hand out to grab Mark's, aiming to calm him down.

"Don't worry, he won't let the storm get us."

"He?" asked Mark.

"Uh, I meant the storm won't get us in this cave."

"Ah okay," said Mark, who suddenly noticed how dark it went. He gripped onto Haechan's hand tighter, as he was actually scared of the dark.

"It's dark isn't it?" said Haechan looking at Mark.

"Yeah, it is-," Mark's heart raced. "HOLY FUCKING SHIT HAECHAN YOUR EYES ARE GLOWING!"

Mark felt himself becoming lightheaded and about to faint. The last thing he heard was Haechan's muffled and worried voice call out to him twice and then...
