~ A FEW WEEKS LATER, IN DONGHYUCK'S HOMEWORLD ~

It was that time that Donghyuck was dreading. His final report. This was his last return home before he had to leave Earth forever in 3 months. Mark was worried and to be honest so was he, although he didn't show it. He didn't want Mark to worry more that their time may come to an end.

But Donghyuck knows what the Firsts are like, why would they grant him something that he actually wanted? They hated him after all. Not to mention the fact that Donghyuck had broken two of the three rules. He didn't know how they might react to his request, they could grant it or they could kill him on the spot. So he was very nervous.

He stands outside the First room with sweaty palms while Doyoung raises an eyebrow at him.

"What's that face for, hmm?" asks Doyoung with a patronising voice, his tall body towering over Donghyuck's.

"Uh, nothing!"

Doyoung snickered at the boy and opened the door for him. He closed it behind him and Donghyuck was greeted with the sight. All the First's here again, just like last time. They watch with beady eyes as Donghyuck walks up to the X on the floor and bows deeply.

"Donghyuck, welcome back," says Xiaojun, who was speaking first for a change.

"Thank you, sir," Donghyuck straightens himself up and stands as respectful as ever.

"So you requested this return as a report rather than the end of your trip," Xiaojun continues to speak for Ten. For some reason, Ten was just glaring at Donghyuck.

"Yes, sir."

"As always, the report will be with your roommate Jaemin. Your next return will be the end of your trip, which will be in one human season."

"Actually, sir, I was wondering if I may request something regarding my return date, please sir," Donghyuck bowed deeply at the Firsts while they exchanged glances.

Xiaojun's eyes flicked to Ten as he watched the rage build up inside of him and he quickly answered for him, "what is your request?"

Donghyuck peered around the room and looked at all the Firsts before his eyes fell on Ten. Those glaring, piercing eyes of Ten's were staring right into his soul - he looked like he wanted to rip him apart.

Donghyuck bowed deeply again, "I would like to remain on Earth permanently."

"WHAT?!" Ten slammed his giant hands against the table and stood up in rage. The room was filled with gasps and mutters from the other Firsts as they all looked to Donghyuck then back at Ten. "YOU WISH TO REMAIN A HUMAN FOREVER?!"

Donghyuck gulped, "Yes, sir."

"I DEMAND TO KNOW THE REASON BEHIND THIS!"

"Uhhhh," Donghyuck shuffled his feet and looked around the room. He didn't know what to say! If he tells the truth then he admits he broke the rules, but if he lies then the consequences may be even worse.

"SPEAK NOW!" Ten storms over to Donghyuck and towers over him.

"I-, I," his voice was choked up as he looked at Ten's intimidating stature in front of him. "I've met someone, sir."

* THWACK *

Ten's staff makes forceful contact with Donghyuck and he is thrown across the room. He lies in agony for a brief moment before Ten picks him up by his collar. He dangles him in the air before Ten shoves him down with force, fracturing the marble floors underneath.

"Uhhhh," Donghyuck groans under his breath as he feels his bones snapping with every blow.

"YOU DARE TO MAKE A REQUEST LIKE THAT?!"
