Rydel's POV

I'm SOOOOOOOO mad at Ellington!! The love of my life!! WHY WOULD HE DO THIS TO ME?? I never wanna see him again....... but...... oh noo! The band!! The concert!! I really don not wanna go on stage tonight....... but i can not dissapoint the fans......... okay today i will do the concert and then i will see what i should do........

*1 hour later*

We just started the show. I just gonna try to avoid Ellington the whole show, but that the fans won't notice it. We did Forget About You, Easy Love, Ain't No Way and Stay With Me, now we do If I Can't Be With You and i see that Ellington was looking at me the whole time and i started to cry a little. Why would he do this to me. And with Skylar! I just play further and i just didn't think about it. Normally i sing Love Me Like That after If I Can't Be With You but now Ellington climbs from his drums away and he walks to Ross' mic. He started talking.

"I wanna sing a song for somebody." And he looks at me and you hear the crowd gasp. My brothers and my dad put a beautiful white piano on the stage and Ellington sits behind it. Rocky walks backstage and he picks up a harmonica. The music starts playing.

Ellington's POV

Let's do this.

It's nine o'clock on a Saturday
The regular crowd shuffles in
There's an old man sitting next to me
Making love to his tonic and gin

He says, "Son, can you play me a memory?
I'm not really sure how it goes
But it's sad and it's sweet and I knew it complete
When I wore a younger lad's clothes"

La la la, de de da
La la, de de da da da

Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright

Now John at the bar is a friend of mine
He gets me my drinks for free
And he's quick with a joke or to light up your smoke
But there's someplace that he'd rather be
He says, "Bill, I believe this is killing me."
As a smile ran away from his face
"Well I'm sure that I could be a movie star
If I could get out of this place"

Oh, la la la, de de da
La la, de de da da da

Now Paul is a real estate novelist
Who never had time for a wife
And he's talkin' with Davy who's still in the Navy
And probably will be for life

And the waitress is practicing politics
As the businessmen slowly get stoned
Yes, they're sharing a drink they call loneliness
But it's better than drinkin' alone

It's a pretty good crowd for a Saturday
And the manager gives me a smile
'Cause he knows that it's me they've been comin' to see
To forget about life for awhile
And the piano, it sounds like a carnival
And the microphone smells like a beer
And they sit at the bar and put bread in my jar
And say, "Man, what are you doin' here?"

Oh, la la la, de de da
La la, de de da da da

I see Rydel crying. Her brothers pick her hand and she walks to me.

"Rydel it was all a misunderstanding. I love you and i wanna live my whole life with you." I go sit on one knee and i hear the crowd gasp.

"Rydel Mary Lynch, do you wanna marry me?"

"Uuhh....."
