(*has an art project to finish that is due tonight/tomorrow morning, lacks a will to live, anxious as hell about getting a job and driving, that was an understatement, and wants to use all of these but lacks the motivation to do so and has general writer's block*

Most of these are actually canon or semi-canon to my own main AU, Aldrothverse. Specifically the ones about Ink.

In the rare chance that someone uses one of these prompts, please let me know. Though if it's anything like NSFW or certain types of angst, give warnings.)

~Angst~

- Everyone uses the titles of "Protector of the AUs" and "Creator of the AUs" interchangeably. Ink's always bit his tongue. One day, he snaps at everyone. He just wishes they'd accept that his only job is to protect the AUs, not create them! That's what the Creators were for! (Bonus: Ink is thrown into the Void by the others due to them believing he doesn't care about the balance and is the one causing their suffering, but they're all horrified to see the AUs still popping up and the balance still tipping, only now its tipping much more dangerously much faster.)

- Ink is actually responsible for several of the out-coded characters that exist, such as Error and CORE!Frisk. This is why he doesn't interfere with the stories of AUs anymore, and why he refuses to be seen by the AUs to begin with.

- Due to centuries-- no, millenia of being subjected to the clashing views and thoughts of the entire fandom and with no one to discuss it with, Ink doesn't take criticism about his artwork too kindly.

- (Yandere!Blueberry ship specific) When Blueberry killed Dream, he did it out of his love for (partner). Sure, that had been one of his best friends, but his love for (partner) was more important than anything Dream could have offered him. Yet as soon as he kills Dream and confirms he's dead, his love for (partner) fades away instantly, leaving him horrified and confused. This only amplifies when he sees Dream's spirit hovering over him; arms crossed over his chest, eyes hinted with bitterness and anger, and the biggest shit-eating grin in all of the Multiverse on his face.

- (Prior to the Apple Incident) Nim's spirit is aware of the growing rift between her two children. In an attempt to fix this, she makes them switch bodies one night in their sleep. They have to act like each other to keep things normal. Dream, now in Nightmare's body, finds time to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the village. Nightmare, now in Dream's body, is welcomed by the villagers and allowed to partake in fun for once. But Dream is quick to learn that Nightmare gets bullied and attacked by the villagers, and Nightmare soon realizes that not all of the villagers are as friendly and accepting towards his brother like he'd thought.

- Each time Error destroys an AU, not only does Ink feel physically pain from it, but the consciousnesses of each inhabitant of the AU mixes in his head, creating a buzzing and screaming well of voices. The most dominant/heard voices belong to the Sans, the Frisk, the Chara, the Flowey, and sometimes the Gaster speaks up too.

- CORE!Frisk never returned to their world ever since they were scattered across time and space. One day, they work up the courage to check on things, and they run into Sans.

- If both Dream and Nightmare die, Tree Mama Nim swears to avenge her babies. After what they did to her and her sons, she's not going to hold back on any mortals.

- Ink's fear of being forgotten is triggered when he discovers he's nothing more than an ancient fable in the AUs. One that has undergone some serious changes and misinformative portrayals over time, due to his "unfavorable" characteristics. For starters, he was never a human nor morally perfect. And he sure as hell never assisted in the creation of great pieces of art like the Mona Lisa!

- Only Nightmare really knew why Dream covered his face with a mask for all of these years. When he finally takes it off in front of (whoever you ship him with), he tells the story of how he came to view his cute looks as a curse.

~Uncategorized~

- Wizard 101 (I just got back into the game) kind of AU. Error is Mallistaire and Ink is Sylvia, or the roles may be reversed, or the characters changed entirely. Whether it's shipping or just a kind of fluffy/platonic relationship is up to you. Whether the other Sanses/Frisks/Charas/etc. are professors, or NPCs, or Wizard students is also up to you.

- There's one day a century when the Guardians of the Balance trade roles. Ink destroys AUs, Error protects them. Nightmare goes around brightening people's days, Dream makes everyone feel like shit. Reaper watches mothers give birth and gardeners tend to their plants, Life!Toriel guides her creations to the afterlife.

- Human/Demigod AU. Just think about it. A 90s-centric hipster who hasn't worried a day in this life, a depressed teenager who is missing an eye and full of spite and salt, and a destructive gremlin who has spent too much of his life fending for himself to open up to his half-brothers.

- Nightmare teleports out of Glitchtale, accidentally letting Bete Noire escape her programmed death at Gaster's will. He decides to adopt the SOUL of FEAR, but first things first, they need to do something about all that HATE.

- Instead of representing emotions, Ink's vials represent one of the known human SOUL traits. Example: red paint means DETERMINATION, orange paint means BRAVERY, light blue paint means PATIENCE, etc. (Bonus [potential angst] prompt: Ink drinks too much of the red vial, which means he took in too much DETERMINATION.)

- AU where Blueberry is a college student aiming for a culinary major, Ink and Dream are moth fairies, and they're obsessed with his strings of fairy lights.

- Error has Autocorrect Voice.

- Ink, Dream, Blueberry, Lust, Reaper, Geno, and Outer work in a bat girl cafe. Chaos ensues when they all work the same shift on a slow day and the manager called out sick, and their largest group of customers consists of none other than the Bad Guys. (Or, if bat girls don't tickle your fancy, how about... bat b u t l e r s?)

- Every time they're about to have a fight, the Star Sanses always notice something different about their appearances that they genuinely compliment them for. The Bad Guys cannot find a single thing to be nice to the Stars about.

~Dreamtale Twins-centric~

- Dream's a pyromaniac and, as such, has an obsession with setting things on fire. Nightmare-- both passive and corrupted-- is the only one capable of calming his brother down from these surges.

- Nightmare uses Fluttershy's Stare on Dream whenever he gets too out of control. It terrifies everyone how he can bring the hyperactive Guardian from bouncing off the walls to sitting still and alert in just seconds.

- Nightmare is fluent in Latin and Dream communicated via sign language when he first met Ink and Blue.

- Nightmare does not handle overstimulation well. Likewise, Dream does not handle understimulation well.

- Shattered meets Nightmare, Dream meets Uncorrupted!Nightmare (aka Passive!Nightmare from Shattered's world).
