||She Knows||

You wake up in a strange surroundings at first, but then realize everything that happened last night. You were under the covers now which means someone had moved you. You get kind of worried as you get up because some things were kind of a blur. "Oh god, I'm still here? What happened?" you groan to yourself looking around to see nobody in the room. Some memory comes back as you say, "Oh my god- where's the rest of the group?!" you say quickly checking your phone, still no text messages. You sigh while you clear your mind as you get out of bed with a slight headache. Thankfully there was no school today because of a small holiday so you weren't worried about that. You were still wearing the same clothes as before, and still in his Jacket. "Oh so that part wasn't a dream-" you say referring to the jacket in your memories. You look around the room still seeing nobody thinking he just left you there. As you continue to think about what just happened you hear a voice. "Good morning sleepyhead!" The noise was sudden so you kind of jump and quickly turn around to see Albert standing in the doorway. "Oh my- you scared me," you say laughing trying to play it off. "Sorry I didn't mean to, but you're friends are knocked out on the couch by the way," he says laughing while walking up to you pointing to the door. "Really?! They're ok!" you say excitingly about to rush downstairs. But you then remember that you just slept in Alberts bed- "Wait-" you say thinking of the worst possible scenario. "Did i- did we-" you say kind of awkwardly pointing to the bed. You see him turn red a bit and he quickly says "What no! You fell asleep in my bed that's all" he says awkwardly laughing. "Oh- alright," you say awkwardly laughing with him. You head out the door not wanting to make things even more awkward.

You rush downstairs to see all of your friends sleeping on the couch, some on the floor, but luckily they had blankets. "Guys!" you say in excitement even though they can't hear you. "Jake! Jake wake up!" you say violently shaking him awake. "What... let me sleep" he mumbles. "You're not even at home you're on a couch, now get up!" you say still shaking him. He sighs as he finally gets up and rubs his eyes, "what happened-" "You got drunk from that punch you drank, I told you not to drink it!" you say sarcastically laughing. "Whoops- sorry about that, I won't do it again," Jake says yawning. He then looks behind you then looks at the jacket you're wearing, "Woahh did you guys-" You quickly turn around to see Albert walking downstairs. "No! I fell asleep on his bed!" you say not wanting that to be brought up again. You can hear Albert laughing at you as he walks to the kitchen. You turn to him with an annoyed embarrassed face, "It's not funny, we didn't even do anything!" "If it's not funny why am I laughing" he answers you still laughing as he goes through the kitchen cabinets. "Yea ok, but anyways, did you guys finally talk it out?" Jake says hoping you did. "Yea actually we did, I decided to give him a chance," you say smiling looking at Albert then back at Jake. "Finally jeez!" Jake says laughing a bit. You guys wake up the rest of the group and tell them about what happened, you then get reminded of Jakes story, then remember the Aija situation.

*time skip*

After Albert was done making breakfast for you guys you ate it and you all then watched tv for a bit. "This show sucks," Kaden says jokingly. "What?! This is the best show ever!" Jake says laughing a bit. "Nah I agree with Kaden" Raven says giggling. "Aww look at the two love birds agreeing with each other!" you say laughing sarcastically. They both look at each other and you can see them turning red but they just laugh trying to play it off. You then turn to see Aija looking at her phone bummed, ~oh god I hope she didn't see the video, does she even remember what happened?~ you say in your head as you get up and walk towards her. Albert and them were making stupid jokes and laughing as you say to her, "Hey can I uh, talk to you?" "Oh uh sure," she says fake smiling as she follows you upstairs, the group didn't even notice. "So what's up," Aija says still fake smiling. "Do you remember anything interesting that happened at the party- last night?" you say kind of regretting asking. "Uh no not really- after I started feeling bad everything was a blur, I do remember Jayden apologizing and stuff but that's all," she says. You realize what you have to tell her, you don't want to but she deserves to know. "I also saw Jake's story- but they are dating still so... it's fine" she sighs trying to keep her smile.

"Oh.. well uh- I kind of have to tell you something you did at the party- I don't think you remember but-" you say but she cuts you off "I didn't do anything stupid did I? If I did something I was drunk it wasn't my fault!" she says defending herself quickly. "Wellll-" you say hiding your awkwardness with a fake laugh, "You kind of uh.." "Y/n tell me!" she says impatiently. "You made out with Jayden-" you say quickly waiting for a response. " I WHAT?! oh my god please tell me you're lying! If Kirsten or any of her friends saw us we are DEAD! Why would he do that?! Why would I do that?! What am I going to do?!?!" she says panicking a bunch almost crying. "Aija calm down! I don't think anyone saw, you were drunk you didn't know any better, he probably was too. If I see him at school alone I'll try to talk to him about it" you say trying to calm her down. "Thank you so much! Make sure to tell me what he says and don't tell him I told you to or anything" she says with no hesitation. "Alright alright, I got it! Just try to forget about it, for now, let's go back downstairs before they come looking for us" you say to Aija with a smile. "Alright-" she sighs as we both walk downstairs. You could tell she was kind of heartbroken, and you felt really bad, ~but I have to pretend I'm happy, so she can be happy too~

I wrote this listening to Billie ellish and sad songs so that's why the end is kind of depressing LOL but anyways 🥲
