Taehyung walked into this event with only one thing in mind, to get to Jungkook. But he's not been able to do much when his every move is being watched

"Taehyung-shi?" Taehyung turned around to see an elderly man smiling, walking towards him.
Oh god! Taehyung does not have what it takes to have this conversation with this man. Don't ask how he knows what the man wants to say, he just does. He's been to these events long enough to know what comes next after that greeting and smile.

"I'm so sorry" Taehyung cuts short whatever bullshit this man was saying, it wasn't bullshit though in another day Taehyung would be happy to hear all the praises not today. "I need to be handling something right now, if you'll excuse me"
"Wait!" came the rushed desperate voice
what the fuck? the fuck now? get a fucking hints..he wants to say but...

"Jk wanted me to keep an eye on you well not just me" The man rushed out
Taehyung's heart speeds up
"What?"
"He knows you're in some kind of danger. We got a message, those of us attending this event have to look out for you, I just texted him that you're here he's on his way here already"

"Yes shit! yes, oh my god" he feels his heart relax a bit. wait! "how do I trust you? I need to talk to hi-"
Just then the man got called up for his speech, fucking great timing!
"We got you, Jk will be here soon"
Yeah not feeling very reassuring right now old man
"Thank you" Taehyung said, plan already on getting a cell phone and at least talking to Jungkook, that's only when he'll be able relax.

"Taehyung wait please, please"
Taehyung turns around to face his ex-best friend, anger burning in his heart, the pain he's been through these past days because of jimin's little revenge
"Jimin I don't want to talk to you, I don't even want to see. Right now I've got bigger problems than going into any fight with you and lastly are you sure of the Jeon you slept with?" Jimin's eyes widen
The shorter male sighs. "I don't want to fight Taehyung, actually I'm done fighting, most importantly I want to say I'm sorry"
Ok what? Taehyung doubled look to be sure he's actually talking to the real Jimin, maybe he has a twin too. Anything is fucking possible at this point.
"When did you loose your virginity and with who" Taehyung suddenly asked.
"What?" Jimin asked eyes squeezed clearly confused. "Taehyung what are you talking about and where is-"
"Jimin answer the damn question or I walk "
"What? Tae are y-"
Taehyung was already walking away.
"Ok ok wait wait, our first summer camp with a foreign student name Joshua."
Taehyung let out a sigh..ok this is the real Jimin
"Yeah ok, just what were you saying?"
Jimin was still looking at him confused, the shorter male cleared his throat like he was trying to clear his confusion away. "Yeah I uhmmm I was saying sorry Taehyung, please give me a chance to apologise to you properly"
"Jimin why, why now? you sent me your perfect revenge video just few days ago"
Taehyung reminds him, incase he's forgotten. He's not hurting like before just thinking about it cause well there's a big fat possibility his Jungkook was not the one in the video but the creepy imposter parked outside right now.
"That's the point Taehyung, I almost got myself killed trying to get this revenge, spending few hours in your boyfriend's dungeons snapped me out of everything"
Taehyung looks at his ex best friend more confused
"Your boyfriend has a twin Taehyung" Jimin continues obviously trying to clear up his confusion. Taehyung wants to corrects him that Jungkook is now is ex thanks to him but..
"I met him in China thought it was your Jungkook Taehyung, I just---
"Jimin you met his twin"
Jimin nods. "I swear they look exactly the same"
"Not to me" Taehyung mumbled
"Wait have you-?"
"Yes, he's literally parked outside right now waiting for me"
"Why--"
"He's pretending to be Jungkook Jimin"
"What?"
"I don't-" Taehyung turns around to see his... well bodyguard, he was talking on the phone already. Shit!
"If he knows you're with me, and thinks you know you slept with the twin, he'll think you're telling me everything-" Taehyung mumbles more to himself
"What are you talking about?"

"I need your cellphone Jimin I need to reach Jungkook"
The shorter male just looks more confuse but brings out his phone. Taehyung takes it already typing in Jungkook's personal number.
"Oh I don't think you have to call him him though, he's here already"
Taehyung's eyes follows where Jimin is looking at
"Shit! that's not him Jimin"
It was ringing already. Taehyung was already walking towards the podium. The plan is pretend you want to give a speech, the imposter won't get to him just yet
The phone is picked on the third ring
"Who-"
"Kook" Taehyung breathes out, every bone in his body stretching with relief at just hearing Jungkook's voice
"Tae, fuck!!, you're at the event right?
"Yes yes"
"I'm almost there bab--"
"Just get here please kook" he rushed out, dropping the call already jumping on the podium confusing people that were standing close when he stood in front of the mic
"Good evening ladies and gentlemen"
