When twenty-eight-year-old Sebastian Stan scores a huge role for Marvel's newest superhero origin movie, secretly dedicated to his best friend's cute obsession with the comics, both Sebastian and (y/n) meet "some guy" from Boston and (y/n) falls in...
Filming was done and you had been given a month and a half to rest. Chris and Lisa went back to Massachusetts for Halloween, Sebastian and you had went to your childhood homes in New York with your father. It would've been the perfect surprise! Carter and Gracie would be coming with the kids as soon as semestral break kicks in for Halloween. You thought he'd be at least a little ecstatic, plus, your father would get to meet his grandsons!

You sit in the backseat of your taxi cab excitedly, shoving your phone in your bag. You had expected a different reaction from her, something a little more... disheartening..? You shake your head at the thought. It didn't happen so there's no need to overthink what could've been... You look over at your father, sitting right beside you and looking straight ahead, just until he catches you smiling fondly at him. He smiles back, gently squeezing your hand. Sebastian sat in the passenger's seat, eating some (f/candy), occasionally reaching back to give you and your father some.
"Honestly?"
You rolled your eyes, drumming your fingers over the leather of the wheel. "Yes, honestly. You've been acting like this for two days straight, I'm either worried for you or annoyed at you."
You and Chris were parked in front of some studio in London, half-rolled down windows of the black Nissan Qashqai Marvel had rented out for the cast lowered low enough to give you fresh air but high enough hide the two of you from overlooking cameras. You two were waiting for Sebastian to come out after urgently texting Chris he needed a ride back to the hotel you were all staying in. He didn't come out at the second you arrived, but you weren't there for less than twenty minutes yet, so donuts and milkshakes seemed like a very good idea to pass the time with Chris.
"Look, your dad terrifies me to death sweetheart. But that's entirely instinct, it's healthy and I can respect that."
You cross your arms, leaning back into the plush driver's seat with an unconvinced look on your face. Being a psychologist made reading and understanding Chris up a whole new level, knowing him personally didn't make it any better for him. You tilt your head down, softening your voice. "Hey, you can tell me things."
Chris smiled softly, putting his milkshake to the down on his thigh. "I do tell you things. I trust you love. For now, maybe after the press." he winked.
You blinked. There was Halloween, ComicCons in November, and fricking Christmas. Press tours would last until March at least, one or two weeks every month. You couldn't wait that long.
"Okay, that's not fair."
"It is fair. You asked, I answered. Truthfully, honestly," Chris listed off, sipping in his milkshake for a few seconds, whipping his head back and suddenly smacking a cold kiss on your forehead. "In all due time."
