Sebastian's POV:
"You're takin' forever."
I let out a loud frustrated groan and whip my head back at my iPad, sitting against a tile wall, just by my right, giving the man I was currently FaceTiming with a cold glare. "Just let me finish cooking my mom breakfast and I'll get going!" I whisper yell, immediately turning back to the hot pan, scraping the metal spatula against its surface as I move the fluffy portions of egg to their sides, deep in thought.
Chris lets out a chuckle, accompanied by the shaking of his head as he continues to talk about our little surprise plan. The day tomorrow (I think) I'll be arriving at an airport in Boston, where me and Chris will meet up. (y/n) should only be a couple hours behind my arrival, as she will come more later in the day, having no places to be, her flight would be only an hour and a couple of minutes through, and both me and Chris will be waiting for (y/n) to arrive at the airport.
After finding out that Chris went back to Boston (without (y/n) knowing, Chris called me and we talked, (y/n) was naturally brought up in conversation) and (y/n) stayed in New York to spend time with (m/n), seeing as she hates staying alone. So, we both decided to surprise her on our little walk down Boston memory lane.
"It's four am."
A soft ping sound comes from the toaster and I leave my eggs on the stove to retrieve a plate from the drawers for a plate saucer, quickly putting two perfectly crisp, toasted slices of bread on them.
"Won't it get cold when your mother wakes up?"
"Mama gets up at 5. Loves to watch the sunrise." I explained as I hastily spread grape jam over them. Chris hums in thought as I rest the iPad against the toaster and continue pushing the eggs around the pan.
Chris' furrowed his eyebrows together, pointing an accusing finger at me. "When did you learn how to cook scrambled eggs?"
"Well, that's just rude." I say in a monotone voice, turning my back more to hide the growing grin stretching on my face, happy that Chris had saw my... well, progress.
"Well, I mean, last time we were in the same room together the only thing you knew how to cook was boiled noodles. And you almost burnt the house down."
"The house didn't 'almost burn down' you're exaggerating it,"
"The curtain was on fire."
"I had to use the bathroom!"
"For two hours?"
I paused. I wasn't in the bathroom for two hours, I was in there for like two minutes. Then I must have fell asleep on the dining table. I sighed deeply. "What do you think I've been doing this whole time in Romania?"
"Good point."
Okay... so, you might be wondering (or not) why Boston? Out of all the places to spend our time, we pick Boston? Well, do you remember the special trip to Boston with Chris? Yeah, this is the one. This is the time.
Me and Chris have been planning this for a month, they had just wrapped up the new Avengers movie, and (y/n) had done a little mini vacation in New York, and well, today's the day. I'm flying to over to Boston in a few and hopefully I actually get there before (y/n) does. (y/n) actually thinks that I'm here for another two months and that I'm not coming with her to Boston. She was pretty sad about it, but hey, it's worth it right now. Me and Chris are about to surprise the living daylights out of her, it was gonna be fun.
The less fun, alternative reaction we'd get from her is that she'd kill me.
And Chris.
Whichever actually makes her loose her marbles. I mean, look at Chris!
