RED BASE

At the Red Base, Doc and Grif were having a conversation while the rest (except for Ayumi) were discussing. As for Ayumi, she was tasked by Seville to perform reconnaissance to the Blues' position.

Doc: So he was shot in the head...

Grif: Right.

Doc: And you gave him CPR for a bullet wound in the head?

Grif: Exactly.

Doc: Yeah, I think that's a perfectly acceptable treatment.

Grif: That's what I said.

Doc: Oh yeah, people often overlook to alternative methods of care. Like that blue guy that was shot in the foot during the battle? All I did was rub his neck with some aloe vera, he was fine.

Grif: Yeah, I don't know about all that. I'm just glad that Sarge is wrong.

Sarge noticed Grif was having a chat with the prisoner.

Sarge: Grif! Yer supposed to be guarding the prisoner. Not playing lookie-loo with him all day long!

Grif turns towards his teammates.

Grif: Come on Sarge, he doesn't even have a gun.

Simmons: Oh, well you two will be great friends then. He doesn't have a gun, and you didn't bring any ammo!

Grif: Hey thanks, kissass. If I wanna take guarding tips from the guy that lost our last prisoner, I'll be sure to ask you.

Donut: Oh man, that is a burn. Dude, you just got burned. Burned, dude, burned.

Simmons: Oh shut up, your armor's pink.

Grif then turns back towards Doc.

Doc: Uh, hey, guys? I, I just want everybody to know that Grif and I aren't, uh, technically friends, uh, we're just talking. That's it. 

Doc glances at Grif.

Doc: Sorry man, but it's pretty obvious that you're really unpopular, and if I'm gonna make any progress around here at all I can't really be directly associated with you. I'm sure you understand.

Grif: ...

Doc: It's only because no one likes you.

Grif: ...

Doc: Stop staring at me.

Simmons notices that someone is missing.

Simmons: Umm... Do you guys know where Ayumi is?

Seville: I assigned Ayumi to scout the Blues.

Simmons: Wait? Really?!

Seville: Yeah

Simmons: Oh, okay.

In truth, Ayumi secretly asked Seville to meet her sister at the usual spot. Knowing that she wants to see her sister, Seville agrees and, when Sarge or others asked about her whereabouts, he usually tells them that she spies the enemy. To Seville's fortune, they just don't really care.

CAVE NEAR BLUE BASE

At the Okuto's usual meeting place, the sisters occasionally spar themselves to improve their skills. However, when Azumi finds out that Tex beat her sister and their friend, Seville, in a fight during the Blues' operation to save the Freelancer/Church's Ex, She needed Azumi to be capable, independent fighter, if when she wasn't with her sister. During Sparring between the twins, they're both equally matched. Ayumi blocks and dodges Azumi's attacks as much as Azumi blocking and dodging Ayumi's attacks. The Twin's sparring match ended in a tie. They both sat on the floor and rested after that.
