Lydia POV

I had thought that I could be the anchor that was mentioned as when Stiles had to be a substitute sacrifice for his dad, Deaton had purposely chosen us to be together he stated that they need to have a close connection and Stiles has always said we had an unspoken connection.

"So now we know who all the people are he mentioned what do we do now?" I ask the room breaking the silence that had filled since Scott revealed I was the anchor.

"According to the instructions given to me by Percy, the selected people all need to gather together in a circle with a lit candle in the middle and one candle unlit next to each of you. Then you need to start to share the memories of Stiles or Percy. The rest of us need to spread out around to protect you all in case anything happens in the meantime." Athena explains reading the second piece of paper from the letter and starts moving us all into different spots around the room based on the instructions.

"I believe it should be the people connected to Percy first who should start and then the people connected to Stiles. Poseidon you should begin." Athena finishes and steps out of the circle and nodding to said person to start.

"Well I don't know really what to say, I met Percy's mother and she was like no other person I had met before. When she told me she was pregnant I was so excited as I hadn't had any children since my heir Triton was born, when he was born I was so happy I started to reject my duties and was slowly becoming human so I had to leave them." Poseidon started.

"How old was he when you had to leave?" Sheriff asked.

"He was exactly five months, six days and twenty hours old, it was because of me that Zeus decreed we were no longer allowed to have any contact with our children. I tried my best to look after him where I could though, my biggest regret ever was never been able to save him and his mother from the torment they experienced at the hands of Gabe." Poseidon stared to explain and I noticed the tears forming in his eyes as he spoke.

"Who's Gabe?" Scott asked voicing the question probably on everyone's mind.

"I am sorry but that is what we call a closed subject and can only be discussed if Percy gives permission for it to be discussed. That is normally never." Artemis stated from the outer group and I noticed that she had gripped her bow tighter when Posideon had said Gabe's name.

"His mother had told him that I was lost at sea and I had never known that she was pregnant with him when he used to ask about me. But once he arrived at camp, he finally learnt the truth about everything and we managed to form a closer bond, he met his half brothers and became a Hero." Poseidon finished off and his face beamed with pride as he spoke.

"I will go next then, I first met Percy when he was student at Yancy Academy in New York City. I had taken over from the Latin teacher as our Satyr Grover had alerted Camp that Percy was a suspected powerful demigod and there was a monster at the school." Chiron started, I was thankful that he was his wheelchair again.

"Wait, what is a Satyr?" Derek asked from the outside of the group nearest to Scott.

"A Satyr is a half goat half man who protects and guides demigods to camp and some have special nature abilities. Grover was assigned as Percy's protector but was also one of his best friends." Annabeth explained and we all nodded to show we understood before Chiron continued.

"Well during a visit to the local museum the monster who happened to be his pre-algebra teacher, revealed herself after separating Percy from the rest of us to try and get the stolen items back. You see a week earlier Zeus's master bolt and Hades Helmet of Darkness had both been stolen and Percy was blamed which was later to be proven as a case of mistaken identity. Later on that same day Percy arrived on the doorstep of the Big House and passed out with Grover next to him after he had been involved in a car accident, fought beef head and watched his mother be crushed in the monsters hands." Chiron continued.

"After he was nursed back to health, I met him in my correct form and explained everything to him, since then I am proud to have called him one of my favourite and best students, a Hero, a friend and an adoptive son." Chiron finished his story.

Wow everyone spoke so highly of Percy, as they spoke I tired to spot the similarities between Percy with Stiles but it was making me think more that I didn't really know Stiles at all.
