Chapter 25

Stiles POV

"Watch out ladies, McSchizzle has arrived!" Leo announced which made me, Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Hazel, Frank and Will all gasp.

I could not believe my eyes when Leo came bounding through the doors with Calypso walking next to him, I had heard the rumours that he had came back alive but I was in such a bad state to really register that it was actually true.

"Leo!" we all shout together before running towards him and wrapping him in a tight hug ignoring the fact we were still in the middle of a school assembly.

"Percy is that really you man, looks like I am not the only one who can return from the dead. Man you look different from last time I saw you." Leo states when we break apart and I shift nervously waiting for Calypso to speak to me.

"It's nice to see you alive also Leo, some things have changed that we need to catch you up on but the main thing you need to know is I no longer go by Percy anymore, my name is Stiles." I explain in a low whisper to him which causes a confused look to appear on both of their faces.

"Hello Calypso, it's lovely to see you again." I state turning towards her slightly concerned on her reaction due to how we left things on the island.

"Perseus Jackson, I was hoping I would get to see you again." She replied with a smirk on her face before smacking me hard in the face causing me to fall to my knees surprising me.

"Excuse me, we do not accept any violence at this school." Mrs Martin shouted over as I got to my feet, she made us all jump as we forgot that the Assembly was still happening.

"It's okay Mrs Martin, I had that coming from the last time I saw her. Leo and Calypso why don't you come and sit with me and I will happily take you on a tour of the school as we have a lot to catch up on." I advise as I could hear Annabeth's loud breathing in my ear.

"Thank you Stiles, that would be most helpful. Everyone else assembly is now over so please return to your scheduled lessons please." Mrs Martin announced to the rest of the students and they left the gym allowing Scott and the Pack to head over to us.

"Stiles, are you okay?" Scott asks as soon as he arrives at my side sending glowing eyes towards Calypso and Leo.

"Scott, turn your eyes off now. It's okay, I deserved the slap and had to sell it as the weak defenceless person. See look no bruise or mark so all good. Everyone this is Leo, he is a son of the Greek God Hephaestus and this is Calypso, daughter of the Titan Atlas." I explain introducing them both and Scott turns his eyes off before introducing the Pack.

Once everyone had headed off to their respective lessons I took Leo and Calypso on a tour around the school before heading to the oak tree that sat near the Lacrosse field.

"Percy, I am sorry about earlier. I didn't plan to hit you when I next saw you, Leo explained that you had requested for my release but the Gods never got around to it and then the whole memory loss issue and swapping with Jason. I forgive you." Calypso advised as soon as we sat down.

"Thank you, I am really sorry that I never chased them up but in other ways I am glad that I didn't get the chance otherwise you wouldn't have found your flaming knight on his fire breathing dragon boat." I chuckle while nudging Leo in the process.

"Perce you need to explain all of this to me as I am still so confused, why do you have a different name and why do you look so different?" Leo asked looking me up and down while he wrapped an arm around Calypso.

So I started to explain everything to them, I noticed how easy it felt explaining it to them both so I advised them of everything from before I jumped into the River Lethe to my entire life as Stiles to remembering everyone and everything, returned from been taken to battle Kronos to the death and explained becoming a God and Champion of the Fates.

"Jeepers, that makes my journey to save Calypso sounds like child's play compared to what you have been through." Leo exclaimed as I finished off.

"But the thing is, I don't feel like a God or a Champion. When you smacked me I didn't fall for show I did it as I felt it fully like a weak defenceless human." I admit to them both as I feel like I could trust them with the truth.

"Stiles, why didn't you tell Annabeth or Scott the truth?" Calypso asked and I noticed she called me Stiles for the first time.

"They have only just stopped worrying about me, I didn't want to burden them with this or for them to look at me like I am broken." I admit looking down to the ground ashamed at how weak I was feeling.

"Stiles, you have nothing to be ashamed over and your are definitely not broken. Why don't you talk to someone else then? Maybe Chiron or your Dad" Leo suggests trying to help.

I decided to speak with Chiron as he has always been a mentor and father figure to me and I knew I could trust his judgement. I headed back into the school as the next lessons would be starting and agreed for Calypso and Leo to join me in my lesson as they are coming into them tomorrow anyway.

Lydia agreed to give Nico, Annabeth, Leo and Calypso a ride home as I explained I needed to speak with Chiron over something. I texted the pack in the group message to advise I would be late for meeting but to carry on without me and I would catch up when I arrived.

I arrived at Chiron's classroom and a sense of nerves rushed over me as I knocked on the door and heard him say enter from the other side.

"Ah Stiles, come in my boy. It's lovely to see you back at school, how can I help you?" Chiron asks as he turns in his chair to face me.

"I need your help, something is wrong with me and I don't know what to do!" I speed out pacing up and down unable to remain still.

"Okay calm down and deep breathes, explain to me what's happened." He answers gliding over in his wheelchair to be nearer to me.

I explain how I had been feeling since I had woken in the Animal Clinic, what had really happened when Calypso had smacked me and everything else that I had been feeling. I didn't even notice that well I was explaining I had sat down on the desk.

"I see, this is a very unique situation we are in at the moment. I am glad that you have confined in me as we need to handle this before Tartarus returns." Chiron states and I feel my chest tighten as he says that name.

I feel myself slip out of the chair onto the floor as my breathing gets harder to catch and my heart feels like it was going to burst.

"Stiles, are you okay?" I hear Chiron ask but he sounds so distance from where I am.
