"Oh you did so well!" My mom tells me.

"Thanks." I say still thinking about the two guys in the back.

"You did a very good job." Says my ex- parents.

"Oh thank you, so what are we doing now?" I ask my sister.

"We are going to your party!" Blondie explains.

"What party?" I say looking at Jessica who has a guilty face on.

"I was going to tell you but she threatend me!" She says defending herself.

"Yes I did threaten her, but that doesn't matter now." Blondie says with a smile.

"Where is this party?" I ask

"At your favorite restraunt." She says.

"Really, I thought that place would have been booked already?"

"Well we did book it a while ago." She explains. We all walk to the cars, me Jessica and Blonie ride together and my parents and ex- parents ride with eachother. On the ride there I decide it's time to tell Jack what chance I have of making it out of this alive. Jessica notices me texting the info to Jack and asks me this question.

"So have you told your real parents the news?" Jessica asks me.

"Um no, but I wil tonight when they are leaving." I say.

"Okay as long as they know." She says.

"They have to know it's their money that pays for it." I say, because its obvious she doesn't beleive that I will tell them.

"Oh yeah." She says now beleiving me.

We get to the restraunt, it is a place that you can get food from all over the world such as chinese food, greek, pizza and the list goes on and on. We have the whole back room reserved for how many people...seven?" Well thats alot of room for us. We all walk out with plates in hand to pile up with food. I see a very long line of people, some kids from my school and their families. I look at Blondie we share the same face and giggle. When I have my pile of food I walk back into the room, the only people in there are my ex- parents, this is a perfect time to tell them I think to myself.

"Hey mom, dad can I talk to you about something?" I ask them.

"Of course." Says my mom pulling a chair out for me to sit in.

"Well I went to the doctors a day or so ago for my check up. They ran a whole bunch of tests to make sure that the cancer didn't come back, and well it turns out that it did and as the doctor put it, its stronger than ever." I say watching their faces to see any sign of emotion, nothing.

"Well we knew that this was a possibility so just tell them the insurance info and text us the dates for your surgery dates and all of that stuff so we can mark it on our calenders." Says my dad. I see a crack in my moms face for just a moment she looked a little sad.

"Yeah, Yeah of course, thank you." I say right as my other family comes through the door and take their seats. I decide not to tell them what my chances are, they wouldn't care.

"Excuse me." I say walking out of the room. I walk out to the car sit in the drivers side. I wonder if I should just end this now, why do I have to go through all the pain we all die any way, right. I start the car but I get a text. I look at the screen, we haven't talked in a while. I press the answer button.

"Hey." I say to John.

"Just wanted to tell you great speech today." He says.

"Well thank you." I say whiping the tears from my cheeks hoping he won't be able to tell that I was crying.
