*5pm! Rachel and Quinn arrived back at Quinn's house. Quinn walks in the house with Rachel's backpack over one shoulder and she is holding onto Rachels hand as she walks close behind Quinn. Rachel is a little nervous to be at Quinn's, now that their relationship is knows. So even though Quinn is probably thinking about how she will be able to be all lovey Dovey with Rachel, in front of everyone. Rachel just isn't quite ready for it, but she doesnt want to dissapoint quinn so she just stays quiet about it and tries to hid that something is wrong*
Quinn: *takes her shoes off as does Rachel* mum... dad... I'm home! And I've got Rachel with me *goes and chucks Rachels bag on the armchair that's closest to her*
Darren: hey honey, we're in here! *shouts from the kitchen*
Quinn: *looks at Rachel as she stands by the front door* you coming? *reaches her hand out for Rachel to grab hold of*
*once Rachel reaches out and grabs onto Quinn's hand, they make their way into the kitchen, where they saw Quinn's parents. Rachel just stood at the kitchen door while Quinn went to give her mum and dad a hug*
Quinn: me and Rachel are just gonna chill in my room till dinner is ready *smiles at her parents*
Jeanette: ok, I'll just shout when its time*
Quinn: k...*walks back over to Rachel and grabs hold of her hand before going to get her bag and making their way up to Quinn's bedroom. once they get up the stairs, quinn sets rachels bag down on the floor then flops onto her head and looks up to rachel with the biggest smile on her face. but then she sees how rachel was stood at the end of the bed and wasnt coming to sit next to her on the bed* ...whats wrong? *looks at rachel as she stands in the spot just fidgiting with her hands and cant look at quinn*
rachel: *talks quietly coz of how nervous she is* i dont know... im just... nervous to be here...
quinn: *talks softly* ok... do you wanna go and chill in the back garden? we can talk there, if you want *looks at rachel just waiting for her to answer*
rachel: um... yeah!
quinn: ok, lets go *gets off her bed and goes over to rachel. quinn grabs hold of rachels hand then they head down the stairs* ...we have decided to go into the garden and get some fresh air for a bit *smiles up at her parents as her and rachel walk into the kitchen and out the back door*
rachel: *goes and sits by the garden table that is on a bit of decking in the corner of the garden, quinn followed close behind once she closed the back door. once quinn sat down, rachel finally managed to look up at quinn for the first time since they got into the house* ...sorry!
quinn: *looks into rachels eyes* ...what for?
rachel: im sorry that ive let you down... you were so excited to be able to openly show me love and affection and ive just pushed you away... because...*sighs* i dont even know why it scared me... i just dont do well with new situations like this, i guess *sighs and looks back down to fidget with her hands*
quinn: *sighs because she hates that rachel has beaten herself up about this situation when it was supposed to be a comfort, knowing that they are accepted* come here...
rachel: *looks up to see that quinn has her arms streched out as if she is asking rachel to sit on her lap. so rachel gets off her chair and goes over to the other side of the table to get to quinn*
