quinn: *finished her last spoonful of macaroni and cheese then she lookes up at her parents* we would love to sit and chat all night, but rachel and i have places to be *smiles as her and rachel look up at each other*
darren: no worries honey! where you girls off too? *looks at rachel then quinn and jennette does the same*
quinn: me and rachel have been chatting this week and we have orginised a little get together/suprise party for santana. just because our last get together with all our mates was cut short. we are just doing a late birthday celebration for her this time round *smiles at her parents*
darren: thats so sweet of you girls to do something like that *smiles up at the girls, who are now stood behind their chairs just about to take their plates to the kitchen*
jennette: so what time should we be expecting you girls to come home at? *looks up at the girls*
quinn: since we will be staying behind to clean up everyones mess... probably between half one and 2 in the morning *smiles at her parents knowing that they will be a little freaked out for their daughter to be gone that long*
darren: thats ok! just as long as you have your phone on you at all times so your mother and i can check up on you's, ok? *looks up at quinn*
quinn: of course! ...just dont be phoning or messaging me like every 30 minutes *laughs but it actually serious*
jennette: dont worry honey, we arent those kind of overprotective parents *laughs as she tries to justify her self*
quinn: yeah, i know! im very lucky that you guys are even letting me stay out that long, at this age. i really appreciate it *smiles at her parents then turns to look at rachel* come on, we need to go because we need to be their before the girls are *smiles then walks off towards the kitchen. once they put their diches by the sink. then they head up to quinns room and get ready*
quinn: *in her room with rachel* you can get changed in here and ill just use the bathroom *smiles as she goes to her cupboard to pick out her best outfit*
rachel: *stands up after getting her outfit from her bag* are you sure? *looks at quinn as she turns around to look back at rachel*
quinn: of course!... we better be quick though, because its already 6:30 and i told brittany to come, just after 7pm *she grabs her outfit from the cupboard then turns round to give rachel a kiss on the cheek before she heads into the bathroom. rachel is left a little dazed for a minute after quinn kissed her. she just stood in place, smiling and blushing as she saw quinn dissapear into the bathroom. it takes her a few seconds to regain her focus but once she does, she goes over to quinns bed and gets her outfit on and her hair and makeup done. it only takes both of the girls 20 minutes to get ready and get out the door*
*it was 6:45 by the time that brittany and san had left to go to the suprise location. and as usual, san spends most of the car journey asking brittany to give her hits about what they are going to be doing. but brittany stays quiet about the party and just says stuff like "you'll see" or "not telling because it will just give it away or "just relax, im not doing anything dangerous, trust me" ... a few minutes of failed attempts to find out what happening, santana just slouches back in her seat and acts like she is pissed off at brittany. but britt doesnt take it to heart because she knows that san just hates not knowing and not being able to fully prepare herself*
*quinn and rachel arrived just before 7pm, and had been making sure that everything was set up and ready for when san and britt got there. they were in a reasonably large hall that had a dance floor... a DJ... a little bar at the opposit end of where the DJ was set up... then there was a bunch of round tables, surrounded by a bunch of seats at each one. they were at the far end of the room, right in front you as you walk into the hall*
