*rachel and her mum had finished their dinner and were now onto doing facemaskes and taking silly pitures together at the bathroom mirror. of course rachel was sending most of them to quinn because thats what they do when they arent with each other in person. quinn was still having a games night with her mum and brother when her dad had come back from work, he walked straight into the dining room to go and see them just like he always does*
darren (quinns dad): hello all! how is my beautil family doing? *goes round the table and gives quinn a hug. then he went to toby and messed with his hair and fist bumped him. then lastly we walked round to jennette and she stood up to give him a big hug and kiss, just like they ususally would after not seeing eachother all day*
jennette: hello dear! would you like to join us for a family game night? *looks at her husband and smiles*
darren: id love too! im gonna have to try and redeam myself from loosing the last time i played a board game with you lot *laughs coz he isnt afraid to admit and joke about how much of a sore looser he is*
quinn: bring it on dad! *laughs at herself for trying to sound intimadating, when her dad is this big tough guy that is much taller and physically stronger than her. which she should be scared of, but she knows that, deep down he is a big softie when it comes to protecting his loved ones. so quinn just sees it as a good thing that she has her own personal body guard for when she gets herself into any sort of trouble*
toby: the little bratz doll VS the hulk! hmm... i wonder who will win this fight ?! *laughs coz he totally just belittled quinns ability to kick ass if needs be. they all laugh at toby for being a winde up, just as quinn reaches over and slaps toby on the arm for making fun of her*
quinn: dont give it! i can totally kick ass if i wanted *laughs so does toby*
toby: sure you can! *contunues to winde her up coz he just finds it so entertaining*
darren: alright you two, lets get this game started *smiles at quinn and toby as he sits down on the chair next to jennette. they give each other a kiss for good luck then they get the next game set up to play*
*just as quinns mum took her turn to start the game, quinn looked down at her phone to see that she has received another snapchat from rachel. it had been a while since they used snapchat as their way of communicating, so quinn was quick to turn off her phone and focus back on the game. quinn was gonna respond to rachel at some point, she just didnt want toby or her parents looking over and seeing the notification named *wifey<3*
*as she got to her turn she had relaxed and was no longer worrying that she had been caught out about her secret. but little did she know that toby did infact see the snapchat name. he was shocked, he was confused but overall he knew that he just had to let quinn talk about it when she was ready. so he also just focused back on the game and tried not to think much about what was on quinns phone*
*2 hours later! quinn got a text from rachel*
*quinns phone! message from *rach*
rach: hey babe, is everything ok? its getting late and i havent heard from you in a while so i was starting to worry *red heart x3*
*quinn saw the text and started to feel bad because she realised that she still hadnt opened rachels snapchat from earlier. she quickly thought of how to get out of games night early so she still has a chance to phone rachel before she goes to sleep. lucky for her, jennette saw that quinn was distracted with something on her phone and didnt seem interested in the game anymore*
jennette: *looks over at quinn* quinn? ...is everything ok?
quinn: *looks up at her mum* yeah... im just getting tired! *weakly smiles*
