*one week later! the morning of brittanys birthday. it was 6am and brittanys phone started to ring, which is what woke her up. she quickly reached over and got a hold of her phone so that she could stop it from waking santana up. brittany put her dressing gown and unicorn slippers on before she left the room to go downstairs. she called back the person that she just missed a call from and she found out that it was her boss asking her to go in and work. even though brittany and san had worked in their hometown and saved up enough money for college. they both agreed that they would get a part time job so they can keep earning money so that they would be able to do exciting things in the future, once they finish college*
*once brittany was off the phone with her boss, she went back into her room and placed her phone on her desk. before going to get some clothes out of her wardrobe she went over and gave san a kiss on the cheek then she took her clothes and went into the bathroom to have a quick shower. as brittany was getting dressed she saw that santana had started to move around in her sleep a little*
santana: *a few seconds later, san woke up* baby, what are you doing up so early? come cuddle...
brittany: *giggles at how cute san looks right now* i would love too... but my boss just called and she wants me to work this morning. ill be back for lunch ok *ties her lases then goes over and kneels on her side of the bed so she can reach over and give san another kiss now that shes awake*
santana: *britt pulled away from the kiss and was now looking down into santanas eyes* do you really have to go? *puppy dog eyes*
brittany: as much as i want to stay with you all day, i just cant call in sick because my boss isnt that nice *frowns a little because she sees the dissapointment in san's eyes* ...i love you!
santana: i love you too! *smiles as brittany leans in to kiss san once more before getting up and heading out to work*
*at 11:30am santana decided to send in some flowers for brittany. it was about 20 minutes later when san received a text message from brittany*
