☆Deathbringer☆

Whispers. Dark rooms, hands gripping on his arms and chest, never letting him go. Faint red lips in the unending darkness, hissing, always hissing. Foul and sickly sweet at the same time. Faint brown locks, a woman laughing in his ear maniacally. Tears are falling from his face, and he is spitting out unintelligible words, begging them to stop. He's puking on the floor, gripping anything that will stop them.

Dirty. He is dirty. His soul and his body and mind and everything about him is-- dirty. They have taken everything from him, has laughed at his pain, enjoyed his screams. He wants to destroy them all, to hit them, to do anything other than this-- this powerless hopelessness.

"STOP!" He's screaming. The women laugh as they toy with his hair. It comes to a point that he's too tired to scream. He lies there, silent, empty. Everything about him is dirty and disgusting. And he wants to destroy them.

They don't stop, they never stop, their hands are all over his body, the voices in his ear, whispering things that he doesn't want to listen to--

"Wake up, boy." A low voice. A hand jerks him up, and his eyes jolt open. He is laying down on a bed. He almost gives out a sigh of relief, only to find another woman standing over him. Her lips are red, and that wakes his nightmare again. He's suddenly screaming, trying to push her away, only to have her clutch his hands with long, pale fingers. His heart is beating fast, and he's trembling all over.

"I won't try to touch you like they did," she says. Her eyes are icy blue. He cannot trust anyone-- her eyes are flashing with cold hunger, although it doesn't quite match the expressions the people had before. "It's Battlewinner. Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you."

He can't even talk, he's trembling too hard. Yes, Battlewinner, the woman he saw before he got plunged into this endless darkness. The one his father handed him to. He remembers the training he got before all of this-- the guns, the knives, the children with empty stares. The meager food, the stealing, the whipping. It was only a few months ago. He had perfected shooting a gun, and his teacher was congratulating him. He thought everything was over, but then he was sent to his place. This horrible place."You-- my father betrayed us. T-told us we would be safe. Took me a-away from mother."

"Yes, your father is dreadful, I agree." Battlewinner leans close to him, which makes him start struggling, trying to get her fingers off him, but her grip is too strong. "That's why I killed him. What do you think? Do you like me now?"

Father. The tall man that promised him a new future where Mother wouldn't have to play with guns for a living. The man that laughed when he screamed to save him. The man that handed Deathbringer to the women. He has been killed?

Maybe he deserves to.

"Killing makes everything better, don't you think?" She lets him go, but he isn't struggling anymore. He's leaning close, too, like they really are sharing a secret. "You're special, you know, Deathbringer. I didn't even know you were being sent here, in all this mess. You were one of my best students, and I'm a friend of your mother's. I can lead you to her."

"G-get out of here?" He clenches his hands into a fist. Yes. Anything to get to Mother again.

"Yes." Battlewinner's eyes flash. Like they're expecting something. "Do you want to do anything to this place? Destroy anything?"

...Destroy?

Destroy what? The people? The white rooms? The women that laughed while he was screaming? The beds?
