Jasper started to look into the book very seriously and here I am, can't even touch a stone. I started to take stroll in the room. It was big and spacious. Anyhow I was able to waste almost an hour spinning around and doing nothing. Both Vannesa and Jasper were pretty occupied.
"Ok kiddos time to leave. Jasper, I hope you got an idea. Store all the information in your locket and let's get out before the affect of your potion is over." Said Vannesa.
"Yes aunt. Ray hurry up. We have less than five minutes." Jasper took out the locket from his neck and placed it above few pages. It looked like something inside the book was transferring to his locket in form of white fog. He then threw the book in air and it landed perfectly into its place.
"All done." He wore his locket back.
Even his locket is useful. And look at me. Useless since birth.
Vannesa got out as easily as she came inside and so did Jasper. As I moved forward to the door, a huge smoke of heat lashed out at me making me unable to step out.
"Wha-- what's happening? Jasper?" The fear started to return.
"Oh no! The power of potion is dropping." Vannesa gasped.
"What do you mean? Am I going to die? Bring some more potion please." I said with my eyes almost in tears.
"I don't have any! What should I do? Aunt please help!!" Jasper started to beg.
"I'm afraid if there's anything I could do. Even my crystals can't help a human stuck in the sacred library. Only your potion is the solution. But we don't have time for making another."
The more the time passed, the more I panicked. Vannesa and Jasper were trying all the spells they had with them but nothing worked.
"Hellooooooo.... Anybody in need of help here?" A voice popped out of nowhere behind me.
I turned back to take a look when a young, stunning guy standing near to me with both his hands inside the pocket. He gazed cheerfully towards me. His eyes were khol-black with ebony-black hair. A tall, masculine man.
"Valquor??!! How on earth are you here? When did you reach?" Jasper asked in disbelief.
"As usual I was reading some fairy tales when I saw this beautiful lady struggling to pass the seal." He pointed towards me.
I was looking at three of them in confusion. I wasn't in a state to realise anything apart from the running time.
"Don't worry. I can help. I don't have the potion but I do know how to open the seal without awakening any spirit." He took out a black colored wand from his jacket.
"Sigillumexumai!" He put his wand forward and a golden ghostly luminescence passed through which made the dark smoke disappear, clearing the entrance for me.
"Step out soon." Valquor pushed me outside.
Jasper immediately took hold of my hand and made sure I'm not bruised or hurt. The seal again closed within few seconds. Valquor too came out and bowed to Vannesa. She smiled at him proudly.
"Ray, meet Valquor. He's my younger brother." Jasper said releasing my hand.
"Bonjour, my lady. I can see you are a person with flesh and blood. It seems you are a well protected little human by my brother." He leaned forward to take a closer look on me.
Wow!!! His visuals are breathtaking too. He's also kind and quite flattering unlike his elder brother who treats me like I'm invisible.
"I missed you so much brother." Valquor pounced towards Jasper and hugged him like a baby.
"Ohh ho. Move aside. You stink. Don't touch me until you take bath properly." The most expected answer from Jasper.
"You both are still childish. I guess everything is sorted. We should go back in and talk calmly. I'm sure Ray is in shock." Vannesa took me by her side and we walked back.
Shocked? Yes ofcourse I'm shocked. Beating death twice is not a joke. Huh!
