I glanced up from my breakfast that next day as Genevieve was standing infront of me. I looked around as I was the only one in the house, “Are you ok?”
Genevieve walked over to the island, “Jared gets out today and he is scared because he doesn’t remember jumping from the roof.”
I kept watching her, “What do you want me to do about that?”
“Make sure that he never sees you again.”
I looked back at her.
“Something about this family is deadly, you almost cost my husband his life and I won't have that happening again. You will take this as your first and only warning.”
“Get out of my house Genevieve before you regret walking through that door.”
Genevieve turned and left when she met Aurelia at the door.
Aurelia looked at me then back at her as the front door slammed shut. “Should we worry about her being here?”
“No, she is taking Jared away and right now that is the best thing that could ever happen to us.” I said as I saw something flash over her face.
Aurelia glanced back at me, “What is that look?”
“You loved Jared.”
“Let’s not get crazy Jordana.”
“Aurelia, I won't judge you for liking him.”
“Why because you slept with him before I did?” Aurelia smiled back at me.
“You are super annoying.” I shouted back at her as she went up the steps and I went back to my breakfast.
Across town in his loft, Boone went through his papers when someone knocked on his door. He glanced up from his papers as he finally got up and went to the door.
Boone looked at her, “What are you doing here?”
Katherine glanced back at him, “I need answers and I know that you have them.”
Boone looked out into the hallway, “Where is Stephen?”
“He is the reason I am here.” Katherine glanced back at him.
“I don’t know what you want but I really can't give you much.” Boone closed the door behind him as Katherine walked over to his dining room table where the papers were scattered.
“I have had a feeling here that Stephen wasn’t always faithful with me.” Katherine glared back at Boone.
“He loves you Katherine, there is nothing more than that.” Boone said back to her as he went into his kitchen, “Would you like something to drink?”
“You are lying to me Boone.”
“Nope, he loves you.” Boone glared back at her.
“He used to go away on trips that he said were for work. I used to check with work and they said that he took some personal time.”
