7. Bite Me Bitch

Jensen looked over at me as I came out of my bedroom, "You sure it's cool for me to hang around here?"

I nodded my head back at him, "I just got a call from Jared, and he wants me to watch the boys for a few hours. You can hang out here for a while until you think you can walk and stuff."

Jensen leaned back in the couch, "Why are you being so nice to me?"

I glanced back at him, "I think right now you need someone that will do whatever they can for you."

Jensen cracked a smile as I went out of the apartment.

I walked up to the house when I heard the laughter coming from inside.

I unlocked the door as I saw Shep running behind Thomas.

I looked up as Jared was running after them, "Everything ok, Jared?"

"I have a massive meeting with Sony today about a movie deal and if I can't leave soon then I'm fucked."

I smiled back at him as I took Shep's shirt from him, "Go to your meeting, I have the boys."

Jared hugged me as he ran out the front door toward his car.

I ran after Shep and Thomas catching them at the back door.

I picked them up as Shep wrapped his arms around my neck.

I kissed him back when Thomas laughed back at me.

"I want something to eat."

I put him down in his seat as I carried Shep into the kitchen with me to grab some food.

After putting the boys in their rooms for the night, I sat down on the couch in the upstairs play room when I heard the front door open.

I went down the front steps when I saw Genevieve walking toward the kitchen.

"You are home," I said to her.

Genevieve jumped tossing her bag on the ground while holding her hand over her heart, "Kid, you scared me."

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to do that."

Genevieve waved her hand back at me, "What are you doing here?"

I looked back at her as she went into the fridge for a beer.

"NO take your time about why you are here."

"Genevieve I'm here because Jared had a meeting with Sony about a movie deal."

Genevieve looked back at me, "Oh yea that was tonight, ugh, I'm sorry you are here but maybe you should head home. I mean I'm here now and I'm sorry you had to come here work has been insane."

I nodded my head back at her when I saw the little package in her bag.

I narrowed my eyes back at the blue box then kept walking out of the house.

I unlocked the door to my apartment when I heard that my TV was still on.

I rolled my eyes thinking that Jensen had left it on.

I went over to the island tossing my bag onto the island when I jumped as Jensen sat up. "What are you still doing here?"
