Then my Mom knocks on the door. She walks in with a huge smile and Charli jumps up. She runs over to my Mom and hugs her.
Charli: Mamma Jess!
We all laugh as Charli and my Mom hug. My Mom and Charli have gotten pretty close over the past few days. They have the same personality which made them just click. They pull away from the hug but Charli still has her arm around my Mom's shoulder and they both stare at me.
Charli: Our little baby has grow up Mamma Jess!
My Mom nods and I laugh while shaking my head. Then the door bell rings. A rush of nervousness rushes over me but I calm down knowing it's just Josh. The Josh that I really like. I run downstairs with my Mom and Charli following behind me. i slip on my AF1's and open the door. At the door stood a smiley Josh dressed in a very nice pair of jeans and a nice shirt. I smile as soon as I see him.
Josh: Hi, you look beautiful!
*I blush a little bit*
Me: Hi, thank you! I think this is the most dressed up I have ever seen you!
*He chuckles*
Josh: Well, enjoy it cause I only do this for you!
*I giggle*
Josh: Should we get going?
*I smile and nod. He holds his hand out and I take it. Before I could leave, I hear Charli yell from the kitchen where she and my mom are*
Charli: Hi Josh!
*I quickly shut the door*
Me: Bye Charli!
Josh laughs and we walk to his car, hand in hand. He opens the car door for me and I giggle*
Me(In a posh tone): Why thank you kind sure!
*He laughs at the posh tone in my voice and respond's in the same tone*
Josh(posh tone): Anything for my lady!
*We both laugh again. I get in the car and so does he. We buckle in our seat belts and the radio is softly playing music at the perfect volume*
Josh: So, Charli was at your house?
*I laugh and nod*
Me: She was very excited to hear we we're going on a date but even more excited to see my Mom!
*He chuckles and I continue*
Me: I'm starting to think that she's coming to hang out with my Mom rather than me!
*We both laugh. For the rest of the drive, we talk and laugh a lot. Soon, we pull into the same spot we where at earlier. I look at Josh with a confused look and he just chuckles*
Josh: Don't move!
I nod and watch as he rushes out of the car to open the door for me. I giggle and Josh holds his hand out once again. I take it and we walk through the beach forest thingy that we had walked through earlier. When we get to the dock part, I see decorated with some candles, a blanket that is laid at the the end of the dock that has a picnic basket on it that I assume has food in it. I look at Josh in awe and smile.
Me: You did this for me?
*He nods and smiles wider than before*
Josh: Only for you!
He kisses my forehead and I can't help but to blush. He chuckles as he see's me blush and continues walking down the dock, me following behind him. We get to the end of the dock and sit down on the soft, blue plaid blanket Josh had laid down earlier. This date is already perfect.
Josh: Since I don't know how to cook, I got your favourite!
*He pulls out a bag of Chik-Fil-A and I smile widely while giggling*
Me: Yay! You remembered!
I told him how Chik-Fil-A is my favourite restaurant one of the first times we hung out.
Josh: Of course I did!
I laugh and we start eating. We talk and joke around with each other. It kinda felt like we where just hanging out but it was better. It felt better and I couldn't wait to kiss him, if I got the chance. I was now sitting in between his legs, leaning against his chest. His arms where around my waist and my arms rested on top of his while I played with his fingers. We where watching the view in complete silence when Josh decided to break it.
Josh: Samantha Parker, I really like you!
*I giggle and blush. I look up at him and smile*
Me: Joshua Richards, I really like you!
*He smiles*
Josh: So... girlfriend?
*I giggle*
Me: Hi boyfriend!
He laughs and squeezes me tighter. I reposition myself so I am straddling his waist and place my hands on his cheeks. His hands are on my hips and I pull his in for a kiss. He kisses me back and it stay's like that for a while. It was a long, passionate kiss. After we pulled away both very smiley. I sit on his lap and continue to watch the sun set as we hug each other.
