Better hit back, never walk away
'Cause you just can't give in
Gotta come strong, give 'em that pain
Oh go, you know them
Tried to break you, tried to take your pride
I know they won't break nothing
Stare right back, devil in your eyes
Oh, you just give 'em hell

Before getting in his car she stopped at the door and turned to him, "If you don't want to see me in prison then what do you want with me?"
"I want to help you," he answered.
"And why would you want to help me? Me out of everyone?"
"I'm the one who is supposed to be asking questions. So get in the car before I change my mind about you." Derek opened the door for her. Meredith didn't refuse. She got in the car, afraid to do otherwise.

"Would you at least tell me where we are going?" She asked him after he got in the car.
"Oh right that reminds me, put this on," he gave her a blindfold to wrap around her eyes.
"I'm not putting that on."
"Put. This. On," Derek wasn't playing around anymore. He was clenching his teeth a bit as he was telling Meredith to put it on. She didn't want to get in rouble with him, so she took the blindfold from him and wrapped it around her eyes, "You could at least tell me where we are going," she laid her head against the car seat.
"My place," his voice sounded more sweet since Meredith couldn't see anymore.
"Right, because you believe if I were to know where you live, I'd tell the police. Am I getting somewhere?" She tried to look at him but being blindfolded, she lost the sense of her surroundings.
"Hmm, getting there," he said.

"Well we are here," he said arriving at his place.
"Can I take my blindfold of now?" Meredith sounded impatient. Derek got out the car leaving her clueless. He went around and opened the door, "No you may not," he whispered into her ear, as he took her hand and let her out of the car.
"Ugh I am not going to tell anyone where you live! I'm not that kind of a bitch," she pulled her hand out of his grip.
"Fine," he took off her blindfold over head touching her cheeks a little bit. The touch of his hand on her skin made her stomach fill with butterflies. She shook the feeling off and looked around at her surrounding. "Trailer huh?" She grinned at him.
"Well it was the best thing I could find, I came here 2 days ago, give me a break."
He took her hand like he was her boyfriend and started leading her to his trailer. "What are you doing?" She stopped pulling her hand away again.
"Oh come on, don't act like you don't like it," he teased. Meredith tried to hide her smile, but it was like she was infected by his charmness.
He took her hand again and they walked into the trailer together.

He set her down to the table, him sitting opposite her. His elbows were on the table indicating it was all business between now.
"Cozy," she joked trying to get one last remark out of her before being dead serious. Derek chuckled and got right to the point, "So if I'm correct, your real name is Ellen Grey, am I right?"
"Yes," she nodded.
"You went to Europe 7 years ago,"
"Yes,"
"Your favourite drink is tequila?"
"I'm not sure how that is relevant to any of this," she was astonished by this question.
"If you want this to be quick and easy, you don't ask questions. You just answer yes or no. Clear?" She nodded as her hands were shaking.
"I'll ask you again. Is your favourite drink tequila?"
"Yes."
"You weren't just there to have fun with your friends. There was a reason you went to Europe isn't it. You were offered something," but her reaction was not what he expected.
"No," her face shifted into a grimace.
"Don't lie to me Grey," he raised his voice.
"Oh we are speaking on second name basis," the voice didn't scare her this time, "Well then... Dr Shepherd. No I wasn't offered anything, I went to Europe because I was doing MY, what you call, "second job"," she smirked at him seeing his face all surprised. "Oh yeah. We can both act,"
"So you voluntarily chose to be on the bad side," he sounded shocked.
"Who said I was on the bad side?"
"Every person who was ever killed because of what you did," he said frankly. Meredith just chuckled. She stood up and sat down in his lap. "I think I'll answer your question that you've been longing to get an answer to. Yes I would like to start where we left off last night." She was running her fingers through his hair, which was his weak spot. His body relaxed in response. Her thumbs stroked his cheeks making him moan a little. He was brought back to reality in minutes. Grabbing her by the waist he threw her off of him and stood up, pulling a gun on her. "I wouldn't move if I were you,"
"Oh a gun? Really? I thought I would've enjoyed this thing between us more. But a gun just ruined it all." Derek stood there puzzled not knowing what she meant. In that small time he was thinking, Meredith already took his gun out of his hand and pulled his hands behind his back, pushing his head into the kitchen shelf. They went over to the bed, her pushing his face forward onto it and tied his hand with her belt. She leaned down to him and whispered, "Now you're going to listen to me and do what I say. Understood?"
"Yes," he nodded, his face smooshed into the bed. She flipped him over letting him sit up straight as she sat in his lap. She started to play with his curls again, "I am so sad you had to find out about me because I really liked you?" She teased, "but we both know this can't be left alone. So I'll make you a deal. You leave Seattle and tell Agent Jeffords you never met me and we can forget this thing between us ever happened," she whispered in his ear about to bite his earlobe before he pulled away.
"Or," he smirked at her showing that he freed himself during her long speech, "you can listen to what I have to offer," he grabbed her waist, pinning her hands beside her head and sitting on top of her. "The belt was really a rookie mistake," he teased a little. Meredith grunted trying to escape from his tight grip. "I wouldn't try to get out if I were you. It's a waist of energy," Meredith stopped resisting and relaxed under him, looking into his piercing blue eyes, that made her fall for him even more, "Good," he smiled. "Now here's what I have to offer. I don't move away from Seattle. I stay right where I am because I've done quite the research on you and I know you wouldn't willingly join that ridiculous excuse of a man. So if you want to get out of that situation alive I would listen to me,"
"Do your research again," she wrapped her legs around his waist and turning them over. Her legs slid to his neck making him choke. She got off of him grabbing the car keys and making a run to his car. Derek got himself together and ran after her. Seeing as she started to drive away, he jumped in front of the car, hoping she wouldn't kill another human. Thankfully his assumptions were correct.

She slammed on the breaks, making whatever was in the back, fall to the front of the car.
"What the fuck are you doing? Trying to kill yourself?" She shouted.
"If that's what it takes to stop you then yes." He went over to the car door and opened it for her. "Now I know I've done my research, CoRrEcTlY. So you are going to come back to the trailer with me and tell me what happened in Europe so I can help you get out,"
"What if I don't want to get out," she stayed in the car.
"Oh but you do. See I've know you long enough to figure out when you are lying. And the thing you are doing with your nostrils, that's part of telling." He bopped her nose.
"Don't bop my nose!" She slapped his hand away, getting furious.
"Don't make me carry you, please get out the car." She muttered rolling her eyes and got out.
"Good girl." The minute those words left his mouth she slapped him across the face, almost making him fall, "Don't EVER call me a name that is not Dr Grey because the next time you do," she took a step closer, their lips almost touching, "there'll be a knife hanging from your chest. And you look like a guy who loves life. I don't want to be the one that ruins that," she smiled and walked back to his trailer.

He was a bit turned on by this side of her. He watched her hips seat from left to right as she was walking away. "Get your eyes off my ass Shepherd, we have more important things to discuss," she shouted knowing exactly the power her walk has over him. Snapping back to reality, he ran back to the trailer.

"Okay then, Dr Grey," he specifically pointed that out. "Shall we," he sat down to the table wanting her to sit opposite him.
"No we shall not," she smiled. "You men never learn do you. What is it with you and the constant staring at women's asses?" Derek looked confused. "Sorry let me baby it down for you. While you were massaging your balls I called my friends, saying I'm in trouble so if anything were to happen to me they know it was you. And we don't want to ruin your cover now do we?
Next time you should do your homework properly before you let a woman, who changed her name, into your home" she whispered before laying down on the bed.
"You know I can turn you in anytime." He was looking down onto her trying to be intimidating."
"Oh yeah, I do. But the problem with you guys is that you think with your penises and not with your brain. When we met at that bar we were two strangers. We were two normal human beings. But we both know that night meant more than it was supposed to mean. And for that specific reason, you are not going to turn me," she was very satisfied with herself.
"Oh it did, did it?" He sat on top of her leaning closer to her face. So close a paper could hardly break them apart. "Yeah, it did," she grabbed his face pulling him into a kiss. They turned over, Meredith being in top. She laid down on top of him running her fingers threw his locks. Regular motions stopped, and their lips remained locked as their tongues wage war on each other, both of them hardly able to breath but not wanting to be the first to pull away from the kiss. As both of them didn't get any oxygen, they finally pulled away almost at the exact same time before attacking each other's lips again. Derek slid his hand under her shirt, finding her bra and wanting to unclasp it but Meredith pulled his hands away, "Yet again, thinking with your penis," she pulled away from the kiss and getting off of him. Derek was about to say something when there was a knock on the door. "Bye Dr Shepherd," she waved goodbye, smirking. Making sure he knows she won this time. "Good luck on your second day at work." And like that she left, leaving him aroused.
