"JAAAAAAAAAAAACKKK!" Cissie cried out. Mecha-Steppenwolf began to swing down his axe as Damian and Jon looked in Horror.

"SHIT!" Damian yelled out. Jon got ready to fly as they both instantly felt Kaalaflax fleeing from the lasso. Mecha-Steppenwolf swung his down to strike.

*CLANG*

"H-Huh?" Cissie gasped as she heard a big clanging sound, as if two giant swords just blocked each other. She slowly turned around, breathing heavily as she saw a certain man standing, blocking the axe as he faced her, his hands were above his head, the gauntlets blocking the axe from swinging all the way down. "W-What?" Her eyes shot open in shock.

"H-Hey, sweetie..." A soft voice greeted her. Tears began to stream down her face instantly as she heard the one voice she needed to hear for the last 10 years.

"J-Jack?" Cissie's chin trembled as she stared at her husband, protecting them both from the murderous robot.

"Hiya." Jack smiled.

"Jack..." Damian and Jon said quietly, as they stood to themselves, as a smile started to slowly form on their faces (Internally for Damian, he doesn't smile while in uniform).

"Hang on, a minute." He requested as he faced Mecha-Steppenwolf. "You are troublesome." He groaned as he struggled. His exo-armor provided him with more protection and strength, but it was no match for the Robot as the axe came the way down, cutting through the suit, and getting tuck in his shoulder. "ARGH!" Jack grunted in pain, as he was forced to go down to his knees.

"Jackie!" Cissie yelled out.

"Hey!" Jack looked to both Damian and Jon. "I missed you both, but I need help!" He called out.

"Oh yeah." Damian and Jon immediately nodded as they both charged at the Robot. Damian threw explosive Batarangs, while Jon used his laser vision to avoid the kryptonite from the robot from weakening him. Jack then lifted the axe back up as he pushed Mecha-Steppenwolf back, with Damian and Jon taking charge.

"Ughnn..." Richard and Autumn recovered, as they stepped beside their parents.

"We'll handle this." Damian informed Jack.

"Right." Jack nodded, as he focused his attention on his own family. "Cissie..."

"Baby..." Cissie said softly, as she placed her hand on her husband's cheek. Jack took Cissie's hand as he laid soft kisses on her palm. "Jackie..." She whimpered.

"I'm here..." Jack smiled softly. Cissie moved aside as Jack saw his wounded son, who was unconscious. "My precious baby boy..." Jack gasped as he grabbed his son. "Oh no..." His voice shook. "Steven..." Jack said silently as he took his son's cowl off. "My baby boy..."

"He took a beating..." Cissie stroked her son's hair. "But he's still breathing..."

"I wasn't there..." Jack cradled Steven's cheek. He observed his 14 year old son, as he noticed something familiar peeking through one of the pockets in his belt. "That's..." He grabbed it. "My scanner..."

"It's his most precious belonging..." Cissie informed him. "He never let's go of it." Jack smiled softly, as he hovered the scanner above his son, and started to scan him.

"Bruising on the torso, his armor was protecting him..." Jack read out the results. "Heavily concussed, but he'll make it..." He placed the scanner on his chest. "My baby boy..." he said softly.

"He missed you... so much..." Cissie pointed out.

"And I missed you both..." Jack smiled, as he leaned to give his son a kiss to his forehead, then a peck at his wife's lips. Jack heard rumbling as he turned his head to look at Damian, Jon and the kids fighting. Jon punched Mecha-Steppenwolf making him step back.
