"We might have found something." Tai spoke on the communicator.
"On our way." Damian simply replied as he took off to go to catch up with Tai, at another sector of the planetary system. The Javelin itself swerved, evading many asteroids, as Damian saw a green light in the distance, he flew as he eventually emerged, seeing both Tai and Jessica Cruz standing on an asteroid. "Lanterns." Damian called on the radio.
"Batman." Tai waved to Damian and Dick who were in the Javelin.
"What did you find?" Damian raised a brow.
"Well, Jessica here's got a tracker which can detect specific types of energy." Tai began.
"I've been searching everywhere, trying to track a little glimmer of recuperation energy according to League databanks." Jessica continued. "The tracker detected something within this area, just a spark, but quickly disappeared."
"Jack might be in the middle of his recuperation process." Dick suggested.
"Any new alerts?" Damian raised a brow.
"Not so far no." Jessica shook her head in disappointment. "But the signature came from this area... he can be anywhere..." She informed them. "The search party's making their way here now, but we can start searching if you want."
"I've seen a lot of asteroids that have an opening... he may be in one of those." Tai also suggested.
"Then we should go outside, what do you say, Batman?" Dick asked Damian.
"We'll head out." Damian nodded.
"Right... we'll start searching." Jessica informed them, as Damian and Dick nodded. Damian and Dick made their way to the back as they started to put their space gear on which can help them search outside with ease. Jessica and Tai went ahead to search the massive area of asteroids, as Damian and Dick wore spacesuits. Damian was wearing his Batman uniform as Dick wore his nightwing.
"I'm surprised you haven't retired yet, Richard." Damian admitted as he placed his helmet on. "Father retired when he was 51."
"Well... I still feel young... and none of my kids are at the stage of their lives yet." Dick reasoned. "Besides, the only reason Dad retired is because he was so proud of you."
"Hmm." Damian chuckled.
"He is! I swear!" Dick argued.
"You tend... to over-exaggerate things." Damian shook his shoulders.
"I'm serious, Dames... the old man can still kick ass." Dick argued.
"Oh, yeah?" Damian raised a brow.
"Just last week, he was just about to get mugged but he put 2 guys in hospital." Dick informed him.
"Okay..." Damian smirked as the suit hissed, giving oxygen to Damian.
"Unlimited oxygen... recycling what we breathe out... I like it." Dick chuckled.
"Let's go." Damian requested as Dick nodded. The rear ramp doors opened as they both flew out to search. "Tell me if you find anything." Damian commanded.
"Yep." Dick simply replied as they separated. Damian and Dick searched from asteroid to asteroid, in hopes of finding Jack. I should've brought Jonathan with me... Damian thought to himself as he continued his search.
One Hour Later...
Damian and Dick had been searching for an hour, still with no luck.
"Damian..." An obvious, tired Dick talked on the comms.
