"BREAKFAST AMELIA" Severus shouted from downstairs. Groaning Amelia woke up at the voice of her uncle. "Coming" Amelia shouted back and got up from her bed to bathroom, brushing her teeth and changed into a casual t-shirt and shorts.
Amelia went downstairs to find her uncle sitting on the same armchair with daily prophet in his hands, like always.
"Good morning Sev" Amelia said with a smile and Severus nodded in his way of replying good morning.
"So when I am joining hogwarts?" Amelia asked while taking a sip of her orange juice.
"Firstly we'll go to diagon alley to get your stuffs" Severus said without even lifting his eyes from daily prophet.
Amelia got expelled from bauxbatons because of setting fire in her dormantory. Her uncle decided her to get into hogwarts so that she'll be always in front of eyes. Suddenly there was a loud peck on the window, an owl, Severus rushed towards it and read whatever was written in the letter and came back to his place on the table.
"I won't be able to come you may go with Lupin, I'll give him the money." Severus said, a bit tensed but barely reflecting it. Amelia nodded reluctantly and finished her breakfast rushing upstairs to her room to get ready.
She was told Remus Lupin will be joining hogwarts as a professor this year, she was excited about that. She came downstairs to find Remus and Severus talking in a hushed tone. She doesn't understand the tension. She approached Remus giving him a tight bear hug .
"Missed you moony" Amelia said with a grin "Missed you too " Remus replied with a smile and offered his hand to apparate "Ready?" Remus asked holding her hand before apparating.
"Ready " Amelia said with a sigh, she hated apparating .
She felt a sudden pull and found herself standing in the Diagon Alley. They quickly got her stuffs and went to hogsmeade to have Butterbear.
"So are you excited?" Remus asked.
"Very much, but I sort of miss beauxbatons but that's ok now i dont have to wear that stupid blue uniform and I also will meet you everyday." Amelia replied grinning brightly. Remus shook his head while smiling.
"What house do you think I will be in?" Amelia asked curiously. She had always wanted to be in slytherin just like her mum and uncle. Her uncle had always been cold towards her and she desperately wanted to make her uncle say he was proud of her and maybe getting sorted into slytherin will help with that.
