Joe's POV: We dropped the kids off at Lina's house and we have been driving for about an hour now. I can tell Jazmine is really stressing because she is fidgeting nonstop. Her hands are shaking, so I reach over and grab her right hand in my own, and place a kiss on the back of it. "Calm down baby." I say as I glance over at her.
She nods and takes a deep breath. "Sorry, I guess I'm nervous." She says quietly.
"You don't have to apologize, I'm just worried about you."
"It's just I haven't seen the kids in about a year and I don't know what condition they are in. Hopefully they aren't hurt or anything."
"Yeah, but you can't think like that. You have to hope for the best. Those kids are fine Jaz, and they're gonna be a lot better once they come home with us."
"You always know what to say." She looks over at me and smiles.
"That's what I'm here for babygirl." I respond back to her.
She eventually goes to sleep and it's hilarious because every time we take a car ride, she ends up asleep. She almost like the little babies, when the parents ride around to get them to fall asleep.
I turn the radio down so, it won't disturb her and quietly drive along. ——————— "Turn on this street and it's the 3rd house on the right." Jaz tells me.

"Wow this place looks amazing." I say mesmerized.
"Yeah my mom bought it a couple years back. Business has been going good for and my dad still helps her out a lot." She shrugs.
"So you have a good relationship with him?" I ask carefully.
"Oh yeah, we don't have any issues. He and my mom just grew apart once he realized she is crazy." She laughs.
"What do you mean?" I ask confused.
"You'll see." She smirks as she gets out of the car.
I leave our bags in the car for now and follow her to the door. Before she even knocks the door, the door swings open and a women grabs Jazmine for a hug.
