Chapter 21: Hunter's Mask

Eren POV:

It's been a while since Armin was put into the hospital

I've been training my hardest in the hopes to destroy my opponent

In a stroke of luck, it turns out I'm fighting Dragslav instead

I'm fighting the older brother at a later date

This is because the whole story has got a lot of attention in the press and everyone wanted to see me get my revenge

It doesn't bother me, I'm going to kill them both anyway

I feel sorry for their family because when I'm done, there'll be a special place in Hell waiting for me

I only have a few days until the fight, at the moment I'm punching the heavy bag

I keep hooking the bag out of frustration

I'm putting my full body into it, rotating at the hips, pushing with my foot, pushing through the punch by carrying my whole body through the momentum

I'd just split the bag in half due to all the abuse, the bottom half tore apart and the insides were scattered everywhere-

We moved away from the punching bags and decided to work on the running machine

I was wearing a 15kg vest and the running machine was set to max height

I was practically sprinting up this machine

It was rocking with my speed

Sweat dripping down my face

My grey vest top was soaked in sweat, it was almost black and my untrimmed hair stuck to my forehead and cheekbones

I kept running, I imagined I was chasing Dragslav with a knife

I'm gonna get him

I'm nearly there

Kill him

Rip him

Dragslav: "When's the next injection?"

Coach: "Tomorrow, but for kow we're going to perfect your killer instinct"

We see Dragslav punching a pad that was hooked up to a computer, it was giving his punching stats:

Left Jab: 87psi (lbs per square inch)
Right Jab: 92psi
Left Uppercut: 99psi
Right Uppercut: 103psi
Left Hook: 117psi
Right Hook: 126psi

(AN: For reference, the average adult punches between 40 and 70psi)

Coach: "This kid doesn't stand a chance. I nearly feel bad for him"

Dragslav: "Hahahaha. He's dead"

Eren POV:

We see Eren running up a hill

With head phones blasting music:
